He rolled his eyes. He didn’t see what was so important or great, about either subject, but with the truth serum involved, he didn’t have much choice. At least they were asking the really important things. Or that’s what he told himself, as his gaze shifted about over having to speak honestly about the situation with Aerith.

“A chore? Seems a really pointed word to use, but whatever. I mean, she was a job; a responsibility. Some could label watching her a chore. Felt like babysitting a snarky brat, most the time, to be honest...” he shook his head, and sighed. “But it was one of our jobs. She was Tseng responsibility most of all, but he chose his most trusted boys to be a few extra eyes and bodies, when needed. It was just another part of the job. So...chore? Not really... Just...a change of pace.”

He ran a hand through his hair, and shrugged to the second question. “Like I said, she can be a snarky brat. And a pain in the ass. And too fucking energetic. Generally undisturbed unless you really did something unforgivable. Like stepping on the flowers.” he goes on, talking more than he wanted to, but apparently these questions had opened a floodgate on the strange relationship he’d been in denial of the development of. “She’s like the little sister I was forced to take under my wing because the parents got bossy in the divorce and found another family with kids, ya know? She tests my patience, a lot. Think it’s a game for her, but I’m never one to back down. She’s careless, and a bit crazy, and just....strange...”

He sighed again, then, and shrugged again. “...She’s a special girl, that’s for sure.”

Then came the last question, and he let out a loud cackle over the thought of the blond. “What’s his deal? Some sort of complex with that sword, definitely, whether it’s size or worth or whatever he’s gotta prove, man. And I thought Turks were ruthless.... Honestly, he reminds me of too many people at once...yet he’s just...just...like that!” he gestures widely. “He’s a bitchy pain in the ass, and that fact alone drives me to fight harder.”

“There, that answer your questions? Ya done dosing me with truth shit? Fucking rude...”
