still riding high on the fact that my boss’s boss is leaving tbh…

#YOU WILL NOT BE MISSEDDDDDDD #like. i won’t say that she hasn’t done good things for the park #but i’ve also seen some mediocre things if i’m being honest #and some VERY shitty things when it comes to handling discrimination in the workplace #so like. 🤷🤷🤷🤷#i’m not saying she’s a bad person - but not everyone is cut out to be a people manager #i think she’s great with project management and contracts #and that is what she’s leaving to do exclusively - so that’ll be GREAT #legitimately happy for her #but i am also happy for me to no longer be working under her #because i deserve better than that #every time i have a bad manager that is motivation for me to become a better manager in the future #i take every bad experience as a lesson #but this is a relief. a HUGE relief for me #i have at least another 11 months at this place so it’s much better not to live them in misery

Axelle is really a miss opportunity. Because judging on what we thought their plot will be, they can really have their own character development. (Axel teach Nichelle to be tough while Nichelle make Axel more relax around people.)

But instead Nichelle is toughen up while Axel tends to act more relax this time mostly around Ripper.

I guess I just want to see the progress but they just give us the results.

me after processing no axelle moments would happen after ep 5 finished (i been knew, i was just holding onto hope anyway):

in all seriousness, i knew there was no promises coming into the new season. the axelle training arc in particular was a beloved headcanon (so many of us predicted it based off one (1) scene in the finale lol), but it's a headcanon nonetheless. it was a little saddening to not see it unfold, but overall, i'm not too upset about it. independent nichelle training arc off screen + ripaxel isn't bad at all, i just wish they had some more development on screen. they both deserved some more character development.

(though i will hold onto the belief that at least a small platonic axelle bond was a misseddddddd opportunity. they were on the same team; what do you mean they interacted like once 😭 but oh well. in another lifetime, i guess 💔 (aka in fics. i need to write another one with them... hopefully inspo strikes soon...))
