Alice being 'quick at the draw' would likely have secretly pieced it all together but waiting for the perfect time to confront Norton about it, cause she is noticing he is more....off and avoidant, than how he was when they first began this mission. Norton brushing her off again and getting up to go search the surrounding area. Alice running after him and confronting him away from the others Alice: "You are sick! Why won't you let me help you??" Norton: "I am NOT sick, leave me ALONE" Alice: "I won't! This stubbornness is ridiculous! What point are you trying to prove here??"
