Sin wasn’t going to take over. He had promised. He was going to do this with his boyfriend, not for him.
But fuck, Bedman was really bad at making bread.
Not for lack of trying, of course. Sin stood across the counter from him, watching his truly valiant effort at kneading dough, which appeared from the outside more like he was fighting the stuff—and losing. It likely didn’t help that he was standing, wheelchair abandoned to the side in favor of reaching the countertop.
As Bedman paused his assault, pulling his hands away from the dough, Sin opened his mouth.
“Before you even ask,” Bedman started, beating him to the punch, “Yes. Despite my efforts, I am in desperate need of assistance. I am absolutely coated in flour and would like not to be.”

Happy FFWF!
What's your favorite part of writing?
Yaaaaaay!! Okay so firstly, I admit to being old and having NO idea what FFWF stands for and googled it with... mixed results.
So either it means:
"Fight Fire With Fire" - I do like fire... “Full Frontal With Face” - Abbreviation used when requesting nudes (0.0) “Fermented Food Waste Feed” - ....hmm...
And then I remembered that it was that Fanfic Friday prompt thing and felt both like an idiot and also remembering I didn’t get enough sleep last night xD
Okay on with the ask!!!
(oh - before I get too far I want to apologize for not yet replying to your other ask about the POV short fic.  I just haven’t been yet able to figure out where to go with that)
So there are A LOT of aspects of writing that I love (when I’m not cursing it loudly).  But when I get that truly giddy surge the strongest has to be during the concept stage when I first strike upon a new plot.  It is like addiction... which is why I have so many WIPs.
Each stage of writing has its own kind of emotion (including frustration of course).  That initial white fire giddiness of inspiration.  Then the more complex emotion of determination, carry-over excitement, and background horror when I begin research and plotting, followed by the warm “sitting by a fireplace with cocoa” feeling when I post.
There’s an intermediate point, here, if I’m writing a chaptered fic of enormous self-doubt and despair that grows steadily the longer it takes to get a comment.  (note - this never fully goes away but it does get better once readers start showing up to suggest that I don’t probably suck).
There’s a lot of rinse and repeat - some chapters far more thrilling than others but they all basically have the same emotional elements.
I realize I gave WAY more of an answer than you actually asked for...
