Born on January 2, 1946, in Delhi, Dr R.S. Aggarwal is an M.Sc. in Mathematics graduate from Kirori Mal College. After completing his Masters, he joined N.A.S. College, Meerut as a lecturer. He has written over 75 books ranging from Nursery to M. Sc. and for competitive exams from clerical grade to I.A.S. level.
