#Wondering how Feferi cooks underwater

Do they know how to cook and what (Human) food do they eat usually? Beta trolls edition:

Karkat: cannot cook, usually eats instant foods, especially instant curry and tofu powder.

Aradia: Questionable if she can cook other foods, but she makes the best pasta. Best not to question what meat she has in it, but usually uses bone marrow for the "meat".

Tavros: Can cook. He used to cook farm-fresh omelettes every morning, but since he started using a wheelchair, he finds soup really soothing.

Sollux: Cannot cook. Eats "gamer foods" like Maruchan instant ramen. Also actually likes powdered eggs with gravy.

Nepeta: Can cook. Most of her foods consist of things she forages herself. Her favorite is venison steak with mushroom soup.

Kanaya: Can cook. She tries lots of different cultural foods, mostly. Her favorite dish is cabidela.

Terezi: Blind people can cook, but Terezi sure can't, even with her heightened senses. She does try though, and I suppose her liking her own food counts as a success. Stay away from her food though, especially her "surprise dish" which is literally just ghost peppers in YooHoo.

Vriska: She can fry food, but not cook any other way. The fact she eats so much fried food and never gets sick of it shocks everyone else. Though, it does give her a nice range of cultural and american dishes, main courses and desserts. Her favorite is tempura with a side of fried okra.

Equius: Cannot cook, he breaks everything. Usually goes to Vriska or Nepeta's homes to eat dinner. When neither is possible, he will eat Military Ration Packs and Ovaltine with extra milk.

Gamzee: Can cook, but always cooks it with faygo. Most dishes are entire abominations, but some can be salvaged. The most edible thing he makes is Hot Wings using Faygo in the sauce.

Eridan: cannot cook. Simply goes over to Feferi's house to go eat, since he likes her cooking and seafood.

Feferi: Seafood master. Absolutely brilliant chef. Want some nice, homemade food cooked with love? Feferi makes a feast every night, filled with Paella, Halabos, Takoyaki, Sushi, Calamari, etc but her pièce de résistance is her Lobster Thermidor.

I propose you for a oneshot : Fushia!Karkat (Karkat w/ fushia blood like Feferi) x Jade!Reader. Reader is a slave offered to Karkat, but he endend up ref feelings for the reader and they become matesprits. (Why Karkat w/ fushia blood ? why Jade!Reader ? why salve reader ? I DON'T KNOW !!!! XD)

Karkat sat in his underwater hive and wondered what to do. He was watching you. You've been living in his hive for months now. Although the word lived did not quite fit. You were a slave. A few months ago, a violetblood troll gave him you as a gift. You were a young jadeblood troll who was unlucky enough to be in the slave market. Your caste almost never left the caves, so they were especially valuable in the market. Karkat had no idea why you left the caves. He never asked you, and you basically almost didn't say anything. At first, he gave you a lot of work. Right now, he practically didn't give you any instructions. The slave in you could be recognized only by the collar on which his sign was depicted. Karkat gave you good clothes instead of the rags in which you were brought. He made sure that you ate well. He took care of you. But he didn't quite understand the reason for his behavior. Now he was watching you prepare the food. Some things you did not do by order, but rather just out of habit. Cooking, maintaining order in the hive. He didn't force you to do this. You just thought you had to do it. But now his thoughts were about something else. He was thinking about how he feels about you. Lately, his heart has been beating faster in your presence. He enjoyed your company. He even started inviting you to watch romcoms with him, although he usually hid this hobby from others. But he trusted you. He knew you wouldn't betray him. He thought for a long time about what caused such confidence in you. And an option came to him that he had not considered before. Maybe he has red feelings for you. And now, when this thought came to him, he began to understand how true it could be. All the signs of falling in love were obvious. And he didn't know what to do with it. He doubted that you would reciprocate his feelings. If he tries to do something, then you could only obey because he is your master. He didn't want that. He didn't want to force you. He sighed heavily.

"Are you all right?.."

He looked up at you. You looked at him with concern. You rarely started a conversation first, although Karkat told you that you can contact him if you need something. After a little thought, he decided that nothing bad would happen if he tried to find out how you would react to his confession.

When he finished, he realized that he had said it in vain. He just revealed himself. You weren't an idiot, and you could easily understand that he meant himself. He stole a glance at you. You were thoughtful. You've been thinking about his words. In the end, you looked at him.

"Well, considering that this someone does not treat me like a slave, and that, despite all the rumors that are going around him, he is very nice and kind, then I would reciprocate him. I also like him, although I'm a little scared of life under water"

He looked at you in surprise.
