anyways my oc witchkid who was originally an au klarion but i converted him cus i wanted to play him in a server and so on

augustus in genrex. horrible child. hes a necromancer slash does tarot and fortune telling and a few other things. magic is allegedly not real in genrex SO

hes an evo. he can control nanites, puppet style, like telepathic mindcontrol that makes you do stuff against your will. HOWEVER. he cant control nanites in people with minds of their own. however however, dead people dont have minds of their own and comatose people tend to not be able to think very well while comatose.

following that logic he could probably control dead animals and jellyfish and sponges. anything organic basically that falls under the fleshy meatbag or central nervous system category. he uses the nanites to create electric shocks that moves the body.

he can do this to anyone but a functional mind aka anyone who is alive and concious is able to resist him. the most he can do is give people weird tingly sensations in their arms and legs, like theyre going numb or licking super weak batteries.

he still has a pet ferret ofc and idk what his motivation would really be. probably the same as his dc version where hes just fascinated w dead bodies and the anatomical and medicine and magic tricks and taxidermy and bones and hes also a little fucked up really. unhinged. accidentally killed his parents and hid them in the backyard type thing. joined a circus with a magic troupe before leaving it due to mistreatment and everyone mysteriously dying type thing. asking for a job under a false name and age at a declining funeral home and being denied so he kills the owner and uses his body to pretend the funeral home is still going so he can play w dead bodies in the morgue kind of situation.

i wanna say tho in case anyone wonders tho no he doesnt fuck the corpses

but yeah he def sells organs on the black market. it helps pay the bills. i feel like hes so lowkey hes not very well known outside of certain circles. black markets and mafia dudes def outsource to him. hes surprisingly seamless when he wants to be.

Caught a few early owl house episodes 'cuz nephew was diznee channel age, started absorbing the good bits thru hellsite osmosis, got Hooked by the tragically suit-compressed but killer finale. Luz & her mom are friggin' lit. Still not over (a) the deceptive squishfluff of Eda's quadruped forms and (b) the way her sideburns morph into majestic ear hair whenever she beasties up. Can't help thinking the main witchkids coulda used some more fangs, extra eyes/limbs, whatnot. Oh, and Hooty's a demigod

I’m glad you could catch the things you were able to. I am just glad I was able to get in on the show from the beginning as often a lot of fandoms pass me by and I soak up their energy like light from dying stars.

That being said “fuck it everyone’s a Titan form now” would be an amazing spin and honestly an interesting Alt ending where the people of the Isles take the Isles back.

//hi its been. a while. highkey considering redoing witchy a lil bit tho or possibly making a separate blog for an oc who is based off of this character who is also an oc based off of another character (klarion) or just converting this blog into him.

his name is Augustus Abaron Blackthorne, primarily known as Witchkid, he is indeed a magic user, reads the future through tarot, and a necromancer. and is based off of the original witchy on a discord server he works for Cobblepot as an errand boy until hes old enough and demands he get to join the crime life.

the main difference is that this version was made cus we (me and some friends) have a no doubles server and i wanted to use witchboy as a character and frankly hes branched off and away from klarion to the point where it feels entierly like a different character and he doesnt really reseble the source material any way aside from physically. the personality is similar but still different, the backstory is entierly different from any of the og klarions tbh his powers are probably pretty different too? necromancy in SS is still similar but for witchy its more like if magic was science, he does tarot which only the Suicide Squad Dark klarion does but he uses different methods for predicting the future, and yj klarions powers are red while witchys powers are red and black when it does have a color. zathos klarions mom is mean but this klarions parents were meaner.

i def think theres similarities obvs since he was based off of klarion and i pulled a lot of inspo from the different versions but hes also constructed so differently i think i could easilyget away with saying hes just an oc based off of klarion rather than an au klarion at this point

aside from that he also has a ferret instead of a cat familiar and her name is Noelle and she is a sore sight for eyes. truly the most miserable creature on the planet. shes happy and perfectly healthy but she also very much looks like a taxidermied rat or perhaps a taxidermied toilet brush. the lights are definitely on but it sure does not look like it until shes stolen your car keys and wallet and perhaps your shoe as well.

but yeah im definitely considering it. i think id get a bit more into rping if i did this with witchy or just made a second blog for augustus.

The Warner Fall Foliage Festival

I have to say so far that this was our favorite event!  Despite being away from the crisp harvest air and the activities going on outside, it was a fun time and a great learning experience.  Leona (my UBAM team sponsor found on Instagram under @LeonasBookBarn ), Mattliie (my partner) and I were placed in the basement and at first were a bit cross about this until we realized the traffic wasn’t decreased and we had the good fortune of being able to avoid the temperature dips and wind outside.  Unfortunately, there weren’t any vegan vendors but the vendor to our right in the image against the north facing wall was a holistic and mystical one that had hand crafted tea for sampling and it was delicious and warm!  We also brought a ton of food and drinks like our ‘pond water’ (super-greens water mix) and tea too so we wouldn’t spend the altogether 10 hour day without any sustenance! 

We met many nice folks that day and the overall experience taught me that being patient and understanding that books aren’t everyone’s primary concern for their children is just how it is.  A lot of folks were more concerned with feeding their little darlings junk food, buying them dye filled slushies or focusing on their own wants at the event which was honestly a little saddening to see so many little faces told no cos the parent didn’t feel like looking at books.  If nothing else, it taught me that when I have my own children I’m going to remind myself OFTEN that they have no control of their lives to speak of and are at the mercy of what the adults want to do, and giving them freedom to look at books and purchase them something that will stimulate a strong mind is my primary concern as a parent.  Our modern society sometimes forgets what being young is like, I think, lol.  But, to each their own and to each their own parenting style!

There were MANY nice faces that day and we talked to quite a few folks about how UBAM had already changed their children’s reading habits and how much they loved our titles!  It was phenomenal to see little ones rummaging through our titles to find those one or two that really struck them as the coolest thing ever!  I learned that it’s important to have titles for a WIDE age range and that when I’m building my own booth I need to keep an assortment of chapter books and reading levels in mind.  There was one person who came over who purchased a title for her little one and had her mother with her who didn’t speak English.  It was awesome to see the coordination and communication between them as they figured out what the grandmother wanted to purchase for her grand-babies!  I’m always so impressed by folks who can speak multiple languages!  If You do speak more than one language and English isn’t Your first - never apologize for a thickened accent or any difficulties You are having searching for Your words!  It’s impressive as all get out that You have educated Yourself in more than one tongue to begin with!!l

Mattliie and I took a moment to check out the small graveyard that lined the hill we had to walk up to get into the center of town.  We had the option of getting a lift from a very nice person with a golf cart but decided it was a beautiful, brisk day and so we carried our chairs, cooler and selves up the steep but short hill.  We knew we would be spending a while in one place and possibly seated for a bit of the day and wanted the activity.  The smell in the air, waving to those having passed on from this life and seeing the folks excited about the day to come was certainly a wonderful way to start the day!  You know, after the hour and forty five minute drive, haha!  Mattliie and I really enjoy traveling together, for four hours or just down to the store - we have the adventure bug and are constantly talking about our plans for the BIG TRIP!  I will be posting about the adventure to Maine and Mass very soon, I’m just finishing up some editing on the Instagram image.  Keep an eye out for it and help us decide on places to stop along our way!  Who else enjoys going to community and vendor/craft events?  The crowds are usually overwhelming but it’s so neat to see the diversity of life that goes on in a condensed way. 

We didn’t make any side stops that day on our way home, like we usually try to when adventuring out into the world but we were spent at the end of both days and sore from being chilled and stiff in the basement for the two days of the event.  We are looking forward to finding new venues for the booth and I am happy to announce I will be taking on my first solo booth effort next month!!  I’m very excited and really hope to see some familiar faces and meet plenty of new ones interested in the books I’m choosing for my booth!  Thanks for keeping up with the Green Goblin Book Garden as it evolves and I look forward to my next post!  Check out my social media account to keep up with me more and to see the parties I’ve got going on - https://www.instagram.com/greengoblinbookgarden/

See Demona overhear just enough of all that to pick up right where Dave left off and get jumped by the witchkids or Clawthornes (whichever's more mayhem-laden).

>Boiling Isles and the rest of the cast better NOT actually be nuked. Like, we don't actually see any of em die directly just the world crumbling. And no, that alone isn't proof enough to us, the viewer, that everyone's dead it's just proof enough to the characters in that situation.

>Vee and Luz get time to bond. Luz be like 'if anything happens to my doppleganger sister I'm killing everyone in this room then myself'.

>The witch kids get to see a giraffe. They get to be dazzled by earth to thrill their spirits.

>Camilla has her hands full but the witch kids try to make themselves useful and not be a burden despite the fact that none of these characters have a choice.

>Luz's palisman hatches. Also the palismen better be alive and with the kids that would be the ultimate frack you.
