“F-fine?” Draven squeaked, surprised that that sound could even leave his body in the first place. Without thinking, he grabbed at Therin’s arm, hiding his face in it for a moment.

“I don’t-- This doesn’t-- I think--” Oh, he couldn’t get a word out without second-guessing everything.

“Like I’d bring down Les’ wrath with whatever this is.” Draven was terrified of him on an average day, he didn’t need any reason to make it worse.
