Clark didn't split until a bit later. Not exactly sure on the timeline but he was one being for a bit then he split then he lost the electric powers

Oh so that's how it went down interesting I did end up actually looking into the comic con announcements which is where those character art came from and found out @cakercanart was right blue Jon is based off blue Clark but it's also gonna have something to do with the next big dc event book which is all very interesting
