You can go on and disagree with me or hate me for supporting something that resembles new age beliefs. I know what happened to me, the reiki master assured me I'm ok, and I even went to the doctor, had a covid test only to be told I'm paranoid because absolutely everything is fine with me.

I could feel the energy inside of her build up within those few minutes until it reached its peak and she was completely enveloped within that wave and drifted back out for the last time. she didn't wretch, gasp or moan out, mom said that her brow didn't even furrow. I still cant even comprehend how beautiful it was for me to be a literal midwife in helping her cross over and be reborn again through reiki. I didn't think it was even possible for death to ever be this beautiful, taking care of her so lovingly, and getting to send her home with dignity and grace. I will never forget the gift that we both got to give each other in that moment, and yet again I didn't think that anything else could possibly happen to strengthen the bond and love i have for my Nan. But this really changed my fucking life completely.

After she was gone, I had went outside to the car so that I could call Tristan and tell him what the hell just happened and that she got to pass on in true bliss and comfort. Reiki's belief system encourages clients to practice simple thoughts and actions to promote peace and harmony, both in oneself and for humanity.

Question 2: Sounds great but how does it work?  

Answer: We are certified to practice Reiki, meaning we have gone through the Reiki attunement process which includes chakra clearing. We use the energy that flows through our chakras to help you connect with your healing energy within your chakras. Your "ki" or energy within your chakras can become imbalanced and create spiritual or physical problems. Reiki sessions work to gently, over time, use natural energy within to improve internal balance and promote healing.

Question 3: What actually happens in a Reiki session and what will I feel? Does it hurt or feel weird? Will I feel weird afterward?

Answer: A Reiki treatment can be done in person or the healing energy can be sent to the recipient by us remotely. In person you will lay on a massage table or you may sit in a chair if you prefer, fully clothed except for shoes, for 30 to 45 minutes. We gently lay our hands on various parts of your body depending on the issue or chakra to be dealt with, which we will discuss with you before we begin. We never touch private areas. We also can put our hands slightly over the body if the client does not want to be touched, which works just as well. You might feel a very slight, pleasant tingling sensation where our hands are but most likely you will simply feel relaxed. Some people even fall asleep, which is fine, too. We often play some relaxing, meditative music during the session but other than that, it's quiet. You do nothing but lay there and relax! During a remote treatment you do not have to do anything while the healing energy is being directed to you.

Question 4: So will one session take care of my problem?

Answer: Clients can feel better after one session, but typically clients need several sessions such as 3 to 4 or more, if they are going to feel a noticeable difference. We can discuss discounted package rates if you buy several sessions at once.

Question 5: So I can come to you for Reiki instead of seeing my doctor for medical or other problems, right?

Answer: Nope, again. Reiki in no way is a replacement for treatment from a professional, licensed doctor or other certified caregiver. Reiki can work in conjunction with traditional medicine with the goal of promoting a speedy recovery but does not replace treatment.

Meditation For Beginners

Meditation for beginners is usually very confusing, boring and discouraging chore to do. To the western cultures, sitting quietly without a word for a long period of time is not something you learned from school or from your parents, unless your parents are Buddhist. More and more westerners are introduced to the great benefits of Meditation, but find it too difficult to do. Although there are a lot of scientific evidence of the benefit of Meditation published and made available now, most people know Meditation from movie or books picturing an Indian Yogi with long beard meditating naked under a big tree, spending most of his life time.

Meditation is very difficult if done without a guidance from good and competent instructor. You could always buy the latest version of Introduction for Meditation book, but at the end of the day, you will become the dummy yourself. Learning how to sit in a very uncomfortable half-lotus or full lotus position itself will take about 3 weeks to get used to it. Lots of people just quit before they even start to learn Meditation. Is sitting position important at all? Do we need to sit like those Shaolin Master or Himalayan Yogis to get the full benefit of Meditation? The answer is Yes, but the most important thing is to sit in a very comfortable position, where you can sit with your spine straight. This will ensure the energy flows freely from your Kundalini up to your Crown Chakra. For those who are not sensitive enough and would like to "feel" the flow of energy, it is advisable not to lean on the chair.

Beginners are advised to choose Meditation technique which is based on Energy, such as Reiki or other healing technique. Why? Using energy based technique will make it easier for beginners to follow and "feel" the process. This way, Meditation will not become boring and will keep the beginners from falling asleep during meditation.

For those who learn Meditation without any energy initiation process, it is almost impossible to access Divine Energy, simply because none of your Chakras are activated.
