Reikei is protected by the Sanzu, which drowns trespassers and floods to protect it's own. Only those born of it may cross, escorts for the dead and the living alike. But there are some who seek a way across, who think that if only they could get through the waters, they could seize Reikai as their own. They just need a key, a shinigami broken to their will to ferry them across. And what an easy catch she was, Koenma's envoy to the other realms, someone who lets down her guard as soon as she's crossed into Ningenkai. Her disappearance noticed only when she failed to report to work the next day, her oar laying abandoned a few blocks from Yusuke's house, a crumb she'd left in hopes it would lead them to her.

And it had, eventually. She put up a good fight, kicking and biting until they bound and caged her, a beating not strong enough to kill her but enough to keep her reiki low, to keep her from escaping or signaling for help. She's been slowly draining it just to keep herself conscious and stable, not enough to heal completely, not anymore. If she runs out, she knows her core will take over, siphoning life energy from her captors. But that's a last resort. She won't risk hurting Yusuke when he comes for her.

And when he does arrive, he's angry like she's rarely seen. He looses his temper, sure, but not like this with his teeth bared. Her vision's blurry and she feels cold, but there's heat radiating off him, yoki spilling out like a solar flare, a warmth she'd recognize anywhere. She hates pushing him to this point, doesn't want to keep dragging him into these messes. But she'll always trust that he'll come for her.

When he tells her to turn around, she complies, tucking her head to her chest and closing her eyes. She knows he'll kill them, imagines it will be brutal. But for now, she feels safe enough to turn her attention away. She'll make it up to him later.

There's been something or someone trying to get in-between you two to disrupt your union. This attempt hasn't truly been successful. This 3rd party is in the picture but not in a union with your SP. You & your SP are truly in a union energy. You truly know eachother, are connected, & share a bond.

"We're trying to get to you!"

"Kuwabara, Shut up!"

"You shut up!"

Kuwabara kicked his feet against the blackened bars of the cage he was currently huddled in. It was not a very big cage, with only enough room for Kuwabara to sit or lay down. The cage didn't seem very strong either, with its deceptively thin bars, and wide gaps. But since being forced into the damned thing, Kazuma Kuwabara had become sluggish. He can't feel his own Reiki, let alone his friends, engaged in battle several yards away. He also can't sense the strength of the demon, who is lying atop Kuwabara's cage like a stretched out cat, lazily watching Kuwabara's friends fight off his hoard of cronies.

"You all fight so well... are you sure you don't want to come work for me?" the red-skinned demon asked, a forked tail lazily swishing behind him as he watched Hiei cleave someone in half.

"Not interested!" Yusuke snaps. He points a finger at the demon, "You just wait until I get over there, bud! I'm gonna rip your tail off and strangle you with it until your head pops off!"

"My, how exciting!" The demon giggles, flashing a fanged smile. He rolls on his stomach and reached a hand through the bars of the cage, stroking long thin fingers through Kuwabara's mussed hair, "Your friends are so amusing."

"Quit touching me!" Kuwabara yowls, flopping onto his back in an effort to get away from the demon's fingers.

Kuwabara's resistance only seemed to further amuse the demon, who shifted his full attention to the frustrated man. Sticking both arms in the cage, the demon tried to find purchase against Kuwabara's body, the weakened human swatting the searching hands with what must have been the strength of a child against an adult.

"Keep off me, creep show!" Kuwabara yowled, hissing as the demon caught his cheek between his thumb and index finger, giving it a little playful pinch.

"Guys! Can you hurry it up?! This dude's weird!" Kuwabara shouted, squawking as the demon moved from his cheek, to tweak his nose, "Cut it out!"

"Why don't you get your own human?" Hiei calls out as he rips his bloodied sword out of an enemy's stomach, and through another one's throat.

"Yes, that one is ours!" Kurama agrees, voice laced with deep irritation.

"I am not a pet!" Kuwabara shouts out, swearing as his amused captor traces a claw down the shell of his ear.

"Well, you're either our pet or his pet! You better pick one, Kuwabara!" Yusuke snaps, firing a shot-gun blast of energy into the final wave of enemies.

"Yeah, how about, I'm no one's pet? How about, I'm your friend and teammate-How about that!?" Kuwabara shouts kicking his feet against the top of the cage, the demon, still lounging atop his cage, laughing at his efforts.

"Really if I had time to take you all home with me, I would. All of you are so delightful," the red-skinned demon simpered, "But I'm not looking for a group of comedians. It's getting time for me to go."

Rolling off the cage, the demon landed gracefully and silently on the ground. A fresh wave of enemies crowded around Yusuke, Kurama, and Hiei, clearly redoubling their efforts to keep Kuwabara's friends at bay. With his palms pressed against carved-out runes in the cavern wall, the red-skinned demon muttered a series of strange words. He removed his hands as the runes slowly started to light up, and that light began to form what appeared to be a doorway. Smiling over his shoulder, the demon announced, "Well, I'll be going soon. Kuwabara, we have about three minutes before the gateway opens."

"Oh my God, this guy is taking me to his home to be his fucking house cat!" Kuwabara moaned, banging his face repeatedly against the bars in protest.

"Kazuma, don't do that. You're going to hurt your head, and we really might need you at your best!" Kurama called out to him, struggling against three hulking demons who were trying to press him back.

"Bye Kuwabara, it's not been a pleasure. But I did know you," Hiei calls out, grinning with his own amusement.

"This is fucking endless!" Yusuke shouted, not taking part in teasing Kuwabara. A bit of real panic was starting to set in at the sheer number of foes keeping him separated from his best friend.

Kuwabara took a breath to shout something else out at his team when the demon appears in front of the cage in a low squat. Quicker than he had before, his hand reached through the bars of the strange cage and caught Kuwabara by the throat. Kuwabara made a garbled choking sound and glared into the face of the enemy who'd caught him.

"B-Bastard!" Kuwabara eventually managed, defiance burning in his eyes.

"I'm not taking you to be a house cat," the demon purred, his forked tail lazily swishing behind him in steady sweeps. "I'm going to give you a much higher position than that. I'll be adding you my harem."

Kuwabara choked, trying to pull away from the hand that kept a steady grip on his throat, "Your... what?"

The demon's tail swished faster, "My harem. You're quite interesting... such a strong human with incredible spiritual awareness. And what a nice body too..." The demon reached his other hand through the cage and stroked a hand down the back of Kuwabara's head. He tugged affectionately at one of Kuwabara's curls, before his hand slid down his neck, over his collarbone, and down to the front of Kuwabara's shirt.

The demon grinned, and pulled, ripping Kuwabara's shirt away as easy as tissue, a started cry unwitting wringing out Kuwabara's throat. The demon smiled at Kuwabara's momentary outburst of terror, and that same smile only grew as Kuwabara forced his fear down in favor of presenting another hateful glare.

"You're just so cute. Acting like you're an equal with demons... hanging around them like you could ever be one of them," The demon teased, his hand trailing back up to Kuwabara's chest to trace a smattering of scars over his heart, "You are indeed powerful, and while that is admirable, you clearly need to be taught where you fall in the food chain. And since you're awfully strong, and your body is my type, I'll be more than happy enough to teach you. And if you behave, I promise you'll even come to enjoy it."

Gripping Kuwabara's hair hard, he pressed Kuwabara against the bars, Kuwabara struggling with futile effort to pull away. With a curse, Kuwabara's cheek was pressed into the bar of the cage, and the demon drew close, pressing his nose to Kuwabara's chin. He inhaled, long and loud, Kuwabara squirming uncomfortably as the demon took in his scent.

"Stop it!" Kuwabara shouted, hissing and grunting as his face was pressed into the space of the bars, growling as the demon tilted towards him. He kissed Kuwabara's chin, and trailed upwards, laughing a little as Kuwabara drew his own lips into his mouth. Underneath Kuwabara's panic, he became aware that the sounds of his friends battling, had stopped.

"Oh, that's so cute! Refusing to kiss me? Well, you won't have a say-"

The demon is cut off, as Yusuke Urameshi, buries his foot so hard and so far up his ass, that surely his tailbone has been turned to dust, and his asshole is ruptured. The demon is ripped away from the cage and sent flying, his claws leaving bleeding cuts against Kuwabara's neck and chest.

Kuwabara lets out an anxious, and relieved gasp as Kurama, Hiei, and Yusuke stand and take stock over their captured friend. Kuwabara looks back at them, shaken from the struggle he's just endured, and startled by the amount of viscera his comrades are coated with. Something had motivated them to make quick work of their enemies. Kuwabara's tattered state sends a ripple of hate and anger through their eyes, and Yusuke is the first to tear away from the group, shouting after the demon he'd kicked like a soccer ball.

"Hey, you red-assed piece of shit! I'm about to make good on that promise I said about your tail!"

"Kazuma, can you lie flat please?" Kurama asked, voice cold as he withdrew his whip, "I'll have you out of there in a moment."

Kuwabara, uncharacteristically quiet but too weary to force any words, drops flat down in the cage, his hands lacing over his head to protect it. He feels a wind whip over his body, and then hears the sound of the cage falling to pieces around him. He jumps as a hand grabs his arms, and looks up at Hiei, his expression unreadable as he starts to tug Kuwabara up and away from the ruined cage.

Kuwabara is shaky on his feet, adrenaline and fear mixing in an awful crash inside his body, so he does not pull away from Hiei's firm grip. Hiei is steady, firm, and surprisingly gentle, as he pulls Kuwabara from the remains, and guides him to sit down on a nearby rock. Kuwabara breathes a sigh of relief, as distance from the cage, seems to release whatever constraint it had on his Reiki. It's a comfort to have his power return to him.

Hiei looks at Kuwabara, taking in his torn shirt, and the seeping wounds the demon had left behind on him. Uncomfortable, Kuwabara presses the torn fabric against his chest, covering a part of himself up that he had never minded showing before. Kuwabara clears his throat and laughs a weak, "I'm fine."

Hiei's red eyes snap to Kuwabara's face, his expression stony. A line forms by his mouth, and his eyes narrow; a sign that he is clenching his jaw too tight. Hiei says nothing else but turns to where Yusuke is, currently beating the shit out of the red-skinned demon, who howls like a dying beast. Hiei withdraws his sword and disappears with that unmatched speed Kuwabara's spiritual awareness can't always keep track of.

Kurama looks over at where Yusuke and Hiei are handling their enemy, takes a steady breath, and kneels before Kuwabara, giving him his full attention, "Let me help with your wounds, alright?"

"It's not too bad. His claws got me when Urameshi kicked the fucker away!" Kuwabara says, his smile a little more sincere, even if his words wobble.

Kurama places gentle hands on Kuwabara's forearm, "The shirt is ruined... shall we use it for bandages? Will that be okay?"

He pierces Kuwabara with a kind green gaze, ready to do whatever Kuwabara needed.

Kuwabara placed a hand on Kurama's, pressing the hand against his arm. He means to answer, but he can't find them. Instead, he keeps ahold of Kurama's hand, using the fox's touch to ground him.

Kurama smiles understandingly, "We can wait a minute."

Kuwabara nods, and the pair sit in silence, watching as the red-skinned demon faces a terrible thrashing at the hands of Yusuke and Hiei. When a few minutes pass and the demon is howling apologies, and pleading for his torment to stop, Kuwabara lets the unsettled, terrified feeling fall away from him.

Kuwabara smiles at Kurama, "Knew you guys would get to me."

Kurama returns the grin, "Of course! You didn't have any doubts did you?"

Kuwabara rips the rest of his ruined shirt off, and passes it to Kurama, who immediately starts tearing strips for bandages. Kuwabara inhales and lets out one last shaky exhale. He smiles, wide and as bright as the sun, "Ah, maybe a little! But even if he made off with me, I knew you guys would come to get me."

"He wouldn't have gotten that far," Kurama says, seriously. A promise that had another meaning. A callback to a past, when Kuwabara had been taken from their sight. Kurama ties off the first set of bandages around Kuwabara's throat, "Never again will someone drag you off like that, understand?"

Kuwabara nods, swallowing past a bubble of unspoken fear. To shift the atmosphere, he complains, "If he hadn't used that weird cage on me, I woulda kicked his ass!"

"You always have an excuse for your own screw-ups, don't you?" Hiei sniffs, as he rejoins the group. He is bloody, though it is not his. He uses his cloak to clean his hands before pressing the back of his knuckles against Kuwabara's cheek. A silent check-in.

Kuwabara briefly presses his cheek against Hiei's hand, a signal that everything is alright. And then Hiei drops his hand, and Kuwabara lifts his arms so Kurama can wrap his chest, and it is like the moment between Hiei and Kuwabara never happened. The moment will go unspoken of.

"Seriously! I coulda taken him if he hadn't gotten the jump on me! I swear, all the demon bad guys do this to me, cuz they don't want their ass whooped by a human!" Kuwabara huffs, complaining loudly.

Yusuke joins them, dropping the head of the red-skinned demon and his tail, just behind a rock and out of Kuwabara's sight. His eyes are a little feral and glimmer with a speck of golden energy. He scans Kuwabara over and waits for Kurama to be done with the bandages, before he throws himself at Kuwabara, knocking the man flat on his back.

"Goddammit, Urameshi!" Kuwabara snaps, flat on his back with his best friend wrapped around him in a protective strange hold. Yusuke clearly wants to put Kuwabara into a headlock, or even dig an elbow into Kuwabara's ribs, but Yusuke is too aware of Kuwabara's injuries. So instead, Yusuke just drapes himself like a heavy blanket around Kuwabara.

"You idiot," Yusuke grumbles, his voice sulky, and worried, "Are you alright?"

A flat look of irritation crosses Kuwabara's face as he thinks of pointing out that his injuries had just been wrapped up before Yusuke sacked him to the ground. But he lets the irritation pass and drapes an arm around Yusuke's shoulders. Kurama and Hiei lean over the pair, taking up Kuwabara's field of vision, wearing vastly different expressions that somehow mean the same thing.

They were worried about him, and they care about him.

With knowledge of this group's care, Kuwabara will be just fine.

Kuwabara grins for the trio to see, "Yeah, I'm fine. Everything is good."

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

Ino is a young man of average height with disheveled brown hair usually kept under his signature ski-mask rolled up into a beanie-type hat. Hidden by his hair, Ino has a scar going across the left side of his forehead. He wears a wide-collared black sweatshirt and matching black pants tucked into his high-topped sneakers.

PERSONALITY

Takuma Ino is a genuine and cheerful person with a more positive outlook on things than most jujutsu sorcerers. He doesn't believe he's the smartest person around and has a lot of respect for Nanami. Whenever Ino finds himself in a tough situation, he asks himself what would Nanami do.

Ino believes it's important to proceed through life doing things the right way, especially with dirty work like being a jujutsu sorcerer. This is a large part of Ino's honor code, so much so that he refuses to advance to grade 1 without Nanami's approval.

Ino is very young for a sorcerer and gives off a little brother type of vibe, so everyone tends to help him out. When he's around people younger than himself, he has a tendency to show off his jujutsu knowledge and maturity.

When it was time for Ino to step up and lead on Nanami's behalf, he was honored to have someone else rely on him. He took looking after Yuji and Megumi seriously and embraced the leadership role wholeheartedly. In spite of the risk, Ino's positive attitude and optimism helped hype up his team in anticipation for their dangerous mission to rescue Satoru Gojo.

ABILITIES AND POWERS

Overall Skill: Ino is a grade 2 jujutsu sorcerer but his rank does not reflect his true skill level. According to Nanami, Ino could easily become a semi-grade 1 sorcerer if he chose to. He is an exceptional combatant with a very potent cursed technique.

Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Ino outclassed an average level curse user in close combat with no issues. However, he caught on to his opponent's plan too late, allowing Granny Ogami to outmaneuver him and activate her Séance Technique. After her grandson shapeshifted into Toji Fushiguro, Ino proved no match in terms of physical prowess.

High Cursed Energy: As a professional sorcerer, Ino possesses high cursed energy levels and has been trained to manipulate his power efficiently. When activating his innate technique, Ino's entire body is coated in surging cursed energy. He can use cursed energy to reinforce his body for close combat at the same time as his technique. Additionally, Ino is capable of sensing other individual's cursed energy fairly well.

CURSED TECHNIQUE

Auspicious Beasts Summon is activated when Ino hides his face by covering it with his mask, turning himself into a spiritual medium. This allows Ino to summon and use the abilities of four auspicious beasts: Kaichi, Reiki, Kirin, and Ryu.

Kaichi: Auspicious Beast number one. Summons a horn with a spiral pattern on it. Can be fired as a projectile cloaked in cursed energy that won't stop until it hits its target.

Reiki: Auspicious Beast number two. Covers Ino's body in cursed water that can be used to cushion him from danger and/or increases his overall mobility.

Kirin: Auspicious Beast number three. Effectively causes intracerebral doping, which nullifies Ino's own sense of pain. However, it also drains his stamina, causing him to become extremely tired but unable to sleep at the same time. Once Kirin has been summoned and the technique completes, Ino becomes immobile for some time.

Ryu: Auspicious Beast number four. Little is known about this one currently. The move was interrupted when he used it against the revived Toji Zenin. Up to that point, nobody had ever survived to tell the tale after fighting Ryu... according to Ino.

CURSED TOOL

Nanami's Blunt Sword: A cursed tool originally used by Kento Nanami, resembling a blunt sword wrapped in a cloth with a splattered black dot design. After his death, it was used by Ino during the battle against Sukuna. It has been imbued with Nanami's Ratio Technique, allowing Ino to enhance the power of his strike by dividing his target with lines and hitting the weak spot at the ratio point of seven to three. It was also durable enough to withstand a kick from Sukuna.

SBR IN MY INBOX FALLS TO MY KNEES AND SOBS I USED TO PRAY FOR TIMES LIKE THESE

There’s so many thoughts that have just been brewing around up there for ages. One that is like a suuuuuper old thought that’s been up there for years is the idea that Green hangs out with his sisters a lot and at some point gets really into painting nails and tries to get any and all of his siblings to let him paint their nails (ignore the fact that they don’t canonically have nails rn okay lets just pretend). It’s pretty hit and miss. I like to think that Yellow would be one of the most openly receptive to it but he cannot hold still for that long so his always end up really scuffed and messed up but he still loves them anyways. Also during this era I liked pairing up Green and Red as like, particularly close, and Red despite all his usual willpower is very weak to Greens manipulation and I just think it’s so silly. I drew a lil thing of him also ages ago beating up his training dummy while holding his hands out very carefully trying not to mess up his freshly painted nails and I just think that encompasses that whole thing.

SPEAKING OF RED AND DUO DYNAMICS I LIKE WITH HIM, him and black have a very stupid rivalry and constantly butting heads with each other is something that I hold very near and dear to my heart. It was a product of all the tiktok audios that were popular at the time that I had saved for hypothetical future cosplays I think (side note I need to get back to cosplaying (my magnet wig has been staring me down recently)). Their dynamic is very similar to dan and reiki to me if that makes sense. except they’re both better and worse. idk they’re just very dear to me <3 this one interaction in sbr2 genuinely made me like scream and cry and throw up it’s all 2018 axel ever could’ve wanted.

Another individual duo dynamic between the bros I am obsessed with is blue and pink bc I hc them as twins and they r so important to me. Blue in general I like to think of as really good at reading people (even if he doesn’t usually make that super obvious) and he tends to notice when Pink is overly stressed out and putting too much pressure on herself. When this happens, he’s usually able to bring her back down to earth by smacking her upside the head with a pillow and telling her to take a break. I like to think that if she’s stressing out abt like having to look after their other siblings or whatever, Blues like “I’ll handle it” and it’s very ominous and pink does not fully know what that entails but she does know that she really wants to take a nap so she lets him handle it. I think you give that man a monster energy or two and he could do anything.

I was also recently thinking abt the respective eldest four/youngest four quartets of the Bomberman bros and they just. mean so much to me. I like to think that they hold like their own respective council meeting to discuss the current state of affairs and stuff they’ve noticed about the other half. THEYRE JUST VERU IMPORTANT TO ME. with the older bros, again with blue being the most observant, I like to think that he tends to bring up stuff that none of the others have noticed yet and it always catches everyone off guard. The younger half are extremely silly with it. Like I don’t know how to describe it but they are the most functionally dysfunctional group imaginable and it’s both horribly chaotic but surprisingly organized. Yellow is the minutes man. he does keep track of everything in crayon. Half of the time he does get distracted drawing flowers and butterflies instead. there’s no one else they would trust with the job. Red thinks he’s the leader since he’s the oldest of the four. Aqua and Green have not broken the news to him that he is not. It’s okay he doesn’t need to know.

As for the dastardlys, I don’t have a lot of specific ideas for them as far as like, re becoming parts of society goes (though most of the ones I do have are mostly whiteplasma focused (and none of them are very coherent bc thinking about them together just makes me sob violently)), though I’ve honestly always liked the idea of them forming their own sort of ragtag sibling kind of bond. It’s very strange and weird and none of them are really fully used to it but they find comfort in each other methinks. Pretty serves as the main bridge between them and the main eight. I like to think that even after buggler n everything, she still dresses up and keeps Karaoke around as like, a sort of drag persona. It’s very important to me that for both groups, she is both very sisterly and mature but also incredibly silly to degrees unheard of. I’ve always liked the idea of her and magnet being especially close. They r. insane together. sometimes pretty is able to ground him and give him good advice and other times they bring out the worst (best) in each other and it ends about as well as you’d expect, but they r like besties in my head.

Plasma I’ve always thought of as just having a natural protective/big brother kind of instinct to him. It’s funny bc half of the dastardlies are older or roughly the same age as him but he still just like instinctually pulls out a lot of the big brother talk with them. One interaction I’ve thought abt is between him and golem where they’re kinda just hangin out and whatever and he brings up how golem and yellow are getting along and plasma’s like “it’s nice that you’re making friends I’m very happy for you” and golem (in his own vocabulary obviously) is like “yk you don’t have to talk to me like I’m a child, I am like thousands of years older than you” and plasmas like “right my b force of habit.” (I do think plasma is still like mentally older than golem iykwim but yk, golems not like green little either). It’s funny I actually used to not really like/care about plasma that much (I honestly think it was just his English voice acting like it really just does not do it for me dawg) but now I love him so dearly. His and white’s dynamic is especially important to me (if that wasn’t already clear) and like. augh. aughhh <333 they’re so incredibly similar in so many ways and just the thought of them consistently being together and training and hanging out with each other and bringing out the best in each other is so important to me. They keep up their friendly rivalry while helping each other out, white especially helping plasma and the others get reacclimated to everything and supporting them along the way (and maybe he and plasma smooch a little too idk the world is a beautiful place). I think White also gets along with Golem pretty well. mostly just bc white supervises golem and yellows hangouts/dates for a while just to make sure yellow is really fine without him keeping his eye on him all the time and in the process, grows really fond of golem.

I think as far as the other dastardlies and the bros go, I also like red and magnet together a lot just like generally. they r so incredibly silly I just think they should not be separated (even though only bad things happen when they’re together /silly). I also obviously am obsessed with phantom and blue together. extremely over dramatic guy who still thinks they have an intense rivalry x guy who goes “lol” and does not feed into it at all is the best ever in the world. Also, just bc of that one image from the sbr credits, him and black together I think would be great. They both have such a flair for the dramatics that I think it’d work. You’d think they’d be a mess just with how different their usual personalities tend to be but I think it cancels out and both of them think they just kinda get each other (they do not)(they don’t need to know that they’re happy anyways).

Journal Time!! I got a fun story/experience to share today. It actually took place over 2 separate days. TL;DR Reiki and fully letting go; and under the cut: A wandering spirit finding me, pocket-dimension programming, and helping it pass over

Since the story is really long, I'll put the regular post and my musings here up-top, and then my notes under the cut.

When I was thinking about getting my Reiki 3 (aka Master's) Attunement, I remember reading someone say that the Master's Attunement is like a roller coaster, and once you get on, you cannot get off, no matter how much you want to.

I find that this is absolutely true. So many things have happened in the past 2 years that have just completely turned me and my life upside down. It definitely has felt like a roller coaster lmao.

Especially lately. Super long story short - I have been feeling more and more that I just... don't have control. I have been trying - in vain - to control my thoughts, my emotions, my stress, stressors in my life, situations, energies, etc. etc. - all in vain.

It finally came to the point where I realized - I can't control anything. There is nothing that I can do.

And in that moment, I remembered that I had dedicated myself and my life to Reiki. And I decided to just... let go. I can't control anything. I might as well just... trust Reiki, and let it take me where it wants me to go.

Since I have done that... everything has changed. I find myself in a Flow that I can't really explain. I am being guided to people and situations and things that I wouldn't have otherwise, that were absolutely divinely timed. And I feel my trajectory changing. I have been caring about things that... weren't in alignment with my Path, and what Truly Matters. I am starting to see things more clearly now.

It is... absolutely terrifying to me that I don't have any control. It makes me extremely scared and anxious. And yet... there is a comfort in knowing that... I don't have to worry, and that I'm being watched over and taken care of, and going where I need to go. And also... it's freeing. I don't have to spend so much energy trying to control things that I couldn't anyways.

I can't speak well with human spirits... But... If you open yourself up to me, I can feel you... And communicate with you that way...

When beings die... Their spirit gets separated from their body... And... It goes to a place that I have dubbed... The Place That Spirits Go... Or... The White Place...

I've been there a handful of times now... It is a place of pure light... White light... Cities... People... A lot goes on there...

I... Call it that because I don't have any other evidence or experiential knowledge to compare it to any other theories that we developed here on earth...

Anywho...

With all that being said... I can channel the same white light... And it will help you pass over...

Immediate fear... And anxiety...

I smile... I understand... You don't know what it is... Don't know what to expect... I've helped... Countless spirits... Pass over... And... The energy is... At least what it appears to me to be...

It is... Blissful... Everyone gets so joyous and happy and giggly... It's like... Home... Returning to home...

At this point, I didn’t channel/automatic write it, because I was actually doing stuff with my hands physically. I took a crystal – a clear quartz crystal, which is a really good crystal to do this with, as it is kind of “blank” and easy to program, kind of like a blank piece of paper, ready to be filled with whatever you are going to put on it. In a nutshell, I kind of made a pocket dimension inside of it, heavily protected it, and made it so that it has 2 access points. I have access to them, and only those I give access to can use them (to which I gave the spirit access while he was here). I then programmed it to be like furnished and have some energy that might help to nourish a spirit, and also some Reiki should they want it. I also programmed it so that they could influence and change the furnishing and decorations and style to match something that they are more comfortable with.

3 days later...

I'm... Back in my own energy now... and my astral space... I hear a knocking on the door... I go and answer it... And... It is... The spirit again... Comes in... Their energy is... So much better... Than when I saw them a couple days ago...

Waves and smiles...

So... Have you made up your mind... Are you ready to go...

Nods... Has something to say, though... I tune in...

Is... Grateful... For the time that he had... And the space that I gave him... He has... Spent some time thinking and was able to think and see more clearly... Able to... Ponder on things...

He laughs and kind of moves around a little bit... He looks at me one last time... Half-way white now...

He again thanks me... I give him a nod... The whiteness completely enveloping him...

And he glows brighter and brighter... Almost blinding... And starts to fade...

As the brightness fades... He is gone...

The Magic of Sara Landry

As a tween, I was so fascinated with electronic music. Nothing could bypass the television static in my brain and get me through tasks and trials like those methodical beeps and boops. My first brush with it was The Social Network soundtrack, composed by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. I didn't know music could sound like that, elicit that sort of feeling.

This grew into a love of industrial, EBM, and aggrotech as I grew into my dancing years, going out to clubs that would play the sledgehammer hits of Nitzer Ebb and the mesmerizing arppegiations of VNV Nation.

"Techno" when and where I was growing up was largely relegated to blasting "Sandstorm" over and over again and the occasional Skrillex remix. In my classically trained family, why would you be interested in someone whose job was to stand at a Macbook and press a few buttons? I didn't really think of the aforementioned

But in the last year, as I look for new horizons to make my nascent workout plans hit a little harder, I discovered so many amazing DJs and electronic wizards who curate incredible sets and bring the energy that can carry me through even the laziest of days. HORSEGRL, Brutalismus, Dana Montana, all amazing, but my favorite and most admired is the inimitable Sara Landry.

Sara first came across my radar thanks to a dear friend. They both have ADHD, and my friend loved her openness and approach to living with the challenges that ADHD can present.

Sara is sincerely open and honest about how her particular bag of neurodivergence affects her work and music, something her growing legion of fans connects with, deeply. One of my favorite pictures of her is during her incredible all-night Knockout set where she is surrounded by sweaty dancing patrons holding a sign that reads, "WE'RE HIGH ON ADHD". She is very playful with her audience, even as the music she spins is breakneck, intense, hardcore, noisy, techno.

And what beautiful noise it is. It's always a treat to both hear something new, whether just a song that was not on my radar or a Sara original from her Hekate label, and the familiar classics flipped through her own vision in her sets. Landry gained attention on TikTok for playing Noise Mafia's insane edit of MIA's Paper Planes during a Boiler Room set, as well as her Perfect (Exceeder) flip that emerged on the internet just as that track resurfaced for the smash SALTBURN soundtrack. Good timing? Yes. But would we have noticed even if that song wasn't rising back up into the charts? I think so.

Techno fans and followers are often talking up 'the energy' of going to a rave or a DJ set. Such woo-woo hippie talk can sound maybe even a little corny to those of us who have been outside of it, but after watching a Landry set, I totally believe in it. Sara even says as much in her various interviews, noting that she likens her performances to reiki, “where people are taking in my energy and releasing what does not serve them.” (DJMag, April 2024). She's here to serve as a conduit, taking us to higher, heavier, and more chaotic places.

Her aforementioned Boiler Room set has over five million youtube hits, and I would warrant about 15 of those are mine. My room has never been cleaner, my workouts have never been easier, and my Apex Legends competitive ranking has never been higher. The last twenty or so minutes of that set are spellbinding, a live looping segment that takes the already high energy so high that you assume the roof of the Boiler Room must be somewhere in the stratosphere.

Within all of the witchy aesthetics and breakneck beats, here is someone living with their neurodivergence, finding what works for them, being open and approachable about how their mind works, and thriving. Some might find it counter intuitive that such a light worker plays such chaotic music, dresses exclusively in black with dark dramatic eye looks, and makes silly TikToks in their downtime, but Sara Landry is bringing a searing white light of energy wherever she goes.

2023 the Year of Chaos

Beginning today we stop overextending ourselves. We stop giving to situations and people that don't appreciate us. We become focused only on ourselves and our happiness and becoming the best versions of ourselves for ourselves-- for the collective. We are releasing the weight of the world off of our shoulders. Your higher vibration is the most needed at this time. Your vibration impacts the entire collective consciousness.

You need not focus on anything else, except your daily responsibilities. Because your vibration will have the biggest impact on the world--not your intellect, not your abilities, not your money, not your self sacrifice will have the biggest impact. Only your vibration will. We must remember that we cannot control temporary circumstances outside of ourselves but we can control ourselves, how we react and how we shift, how we want to create or manifest the future. In my 2023 forecast I said, that 2023 was going to be very chaotic but this does not mean you need to fear anything.

This is when the real New Year begins. You are going to see many confused, disillusioned people, brainwashed by the "dark forces", acting out of ego, waking up from the darkness coming to light. Mass awakenings. You can rely on the energy healers, spiritual lightworkers, witches, the new age spiritualists, the master manifesters, the light holders, the light warriors, astrologers, reiki masters, the monks, the shamans, the magicians, the seers, Earth Angels, psychics, the changemakers, the chosen ones, empaths, the enlightened ones ect. Any label you want to give us, we're all healers in different slices of personalities and ways and we're all connected whether you like it or not. Anyone that gives you a cool calm and collected vibe, is an obvious master, stable and grounded that seems to be confident that everything is going to be okay. They are the ones you can turn to and rely on when everything looks chaotic. Your energy of fear, pain, anxiety, unworthiness, scarcity, and victim mentality is creating blockages in your energy flow. The trauma, from your intense emotions that you cannot process gets stuck in different chakras, waiting to be released.

They will teach you how to break toxic cycles and patterns you've been stuck in. They are going to be teaching in chaos, being the eye in the storm. Pluto will help you break free from those toxic cycles that literally kept you in hell. Please do, and I highly recommend getting a psychic reading this year so that you can do some past life healing trauma,shadow work and advice on your next moves, or connecting with a loved one you've been avoiding. Pluto aka Hades, Pluto is moving back into Aquarius after 225 years. Society as a whole is going to change forever. Aquarius energy is out of the box and inventive. You are going to see more riots, more protests, more inventions and change, more angry change is needed, and Pluto is all about death and rebirth. So embrace the chaos, remember to keep a balanced steady routine daily, so your routine doesn't change, you stay the eye in the storm unbothered by the chaos around you and remember you create your reality as the God or Goddess of your entire Universe, because remember you are the entire Universe experiencing itself.

Remember the chaos creates positive change, it is for your benefit so relax, focus on what you want to create. You create the unknown from the now so there's nothing to fear if you create the unknown. Remember to not take any fear or anxiety as personally yours, release your burdens, give your problems to the Universe/God/Source to handle for you and enjoy your life because it's meant to be enjoyed especially if you've already suffered enough, ecstacy is yours for the taking. Be kind to yourself, your past self and future self are all doing the best they can. Get as much rest as you can. Welcome to the second coming. It is safe for your light to be seen. Relax, and breathe through the waves of the storm. Let your light guide your sight.

And let me tell you, as an opinion fluid person, that is very easy to do. And yet not one person has EVER successfully demonstrated their opinions against a group of people in such a way to me. “It’s a lie that is infiltrating our society and being mainstreamed” is not a valid argument. Literally we are all living a lie, we just pick and choose which lies to live. Let it go.

Ah, rock shows. The mix of serious gem and fossil sellers, amazing crafters, random jewelry sellers, and woo-woo crystal magic followers.

One booth owner assured me all the jewelry was infused with Reiki energy and that music bowls were involved and so forth. To me, this is code saying, "all wares are marked up because magic," so I moved on pretty quickly. The next booth had wonderful prices on simple carvings and random tumbled/polished stones. I dropped some money there, while listening to a family discuss the magical properties of various stones while they tried to decide what to buy. At one point, the booth owner was asked about the particular magic abilities of a particular stone, and I'm impressed at how she refrained from rolling her eyes as she recommend they look it up on google. Her booth was NOT selling magical items, so I'm not sure why this group thought she'd know whether serpentine has healing energy or whatnot.

Upon reflection, I probably should have gone back and bought more from her. The agate dragon heads were pretty cool.

I guess I just find it weird because back when I was into all things occult and mystic, "crystal magic" was explained as, "the rocks aren't actually magic. Some rocks are just good at focusing and amplifying certain energies, so they make good tools for doing magic." As in, any magic going on is coming from you, the rock is a rock to anyone else. And these days practitioners insist that the rocks are full of magic energy and just holding or wearing such and such stone will heal all your ills! Funny how there can be bins of $5 quartz readily available in a lot of places, but people still die of cancer, huh?

It's also possibly irritating to me because a lot of my selection IS based on personal vibes, and I don't like people blathering about magic that they haven't even researched properly while I'm trying to decide if this piece of jasper I'm holding will make me happy when I roll it around in my hands and study the abstract pictures in it. "Do you like rock? Does rock make you feel happy when you hold it? Buy rock. Don't expect rock to cure love life. Rock only bring love if you trying to attract geologist."

Which brings us to the multiple bins of penis carvings. The ones with little feet were charming, but most of them were just, "here's a bunch of dicks carved out of onyx!" Not that I'm objecting or anything. I fully understand why you might want a stone dick on your shelf or endtable. It's just with the magic talk floating around, I suspect some sellers would be giving me a lecture on how the carving will cure a person's erectile dysfunction if I showed any interest.

I don't know why the most common carving throughout the show was mushrooms. Except that it's probably a really easy thing to carve. I did consider buying one of the carved t-rex heads that were next to the dicks, but I would have had to risk using a downtown ATM to afford one, and that always gets my cards locked due to "suspicious activity."

I ended up with a bag of angelite that I'm going to try my hand at carving, a bag of I don't know what but they were pretty and the deal was for two bags, and I didn't need TWO bags of angelite, two nice tumbled pieces of ocean jasper that had interesting eye-like patterns, a crude sphere of I don't know what stone, but it looks neat, some beads that were on severe discount, a little bag of little fossils meant as a collector's starter kit, four cut pieces of quartz that were in the bargain bin because they were cloudy and full of inclusions (which is how I prefer them), and one rough opal that I couldn't take my eyes off of. I regret passing up some of the affordable carvings, but I don't exactly have display shelf space, and the cats routinely send everything they encounter crashing to the floor anyway. Maybe next time.

Remant/Agony Real?

Energy Work on Inanimate Objects (Machines, Animatronics, Puppets, Costumes, etc.)

Today I experimented doing a mixture of reiki work and Sensing on various inanimate objects. The idea was to see what could I Sense on non-living (?) things and whether or not it would be appropriate to interpret these items as haunted, imprinted on, “dead”, “happy”, “sad”, etc.

This experiment was inspired by agony and remnant from FNAF, and whether or not these fictional terms have genuine relevance in the real world. (TL;DR: Would I interpret inanimate objects as having agony or remnant inside them? That’s not the term I would use and it depends on the item, but yes.)

It should be noted first that I have interacted with inanimate objects in this manner (spiritually/energetically) before, such as in the case of my own vehicle (not discussed here). I already believe it to be true that inanimate objects get left with energetic impressions by its user. However, today’s experiment was a larger undertaking of “feeling out” multiple items all in one day, with the specific intention of testing “remnant” vs. “agony”, and as such only those items will be discussed under the cut.

The following is a list of items I tuned into. Below each name is a description of what occurred after energetically connecting. A conclusion summarizing the experiment follows the list.

Flatbed KEM Editor This machine was covered in energetic hands, specifically female. It felt as though all of the women who worked on this machine had left an imprint of some kind, some memory of when they used it. The machine itself felt proud of the work it did and was all too happy to chatter. It had a distinct personality that matched what I assume to be the average worker who used it. Overall, the machine felt quite happy with itself, and even gave off the energy of “put your hands on me, I’m ready to work, let’s go!” When I tried talking to the machine as if it were alive, it truly felt like I was talking to the machine itself, rather than a memory imprint of the ladies who used it. The machine’s responses were simple: work based and full of lady’s laughter. When I asked it if it knew what it was for, it described cutting and splicing. When I asked if it knew what movies were, the machine was confused. When I asked if it wanted reiki, the machine was again confused. When I explained it could perhaps help with glitching or any problems it might have, the machine was offended that I dare suggest that it was broken. The machine ignored me after that, and seemed to go right back into a nonstop mode of “Use me! Put your hands on me! Let’s work!” +++Final thoughts: It is hard to determine if this “personality” is real or if it became that over time with how many people worked with it. The machine was very distinctly able to communicate with me with emotion and personality, so would you interpret that as “alive”? I suppose it’s a matter of perspective. Either way, I’d classify this as Remnant. The “lives” of many woman are imprinted onto this machine.

Light Up Diorama Art Piece This simple art piece gave off an immediate impression of disliking me. While it did not reject the reiki I was sending it, the item felt as though it were turning its nose up at me, judging me, and/or wanting me to go away. When a friend who was with me walked up to it beside me, the energy changed immediately to being happy to see her. Confused, I told the friend what was going on. The friend took one look at the description of the item and then said, “This was created by a female artist. You’re male.” +++Final thoughts: Seems clear to me that this art piece was “brought to life” via the artist itself. I would argue that the artist left a piece of them energetically inside the item as they made it, just as any artist does with any part of their work. This is a perfect example of what I would call the real-life version of Remnant.

Upright Moviola Editor This item felt work-based only. No distinct impression of personality or feeling from the person(s) using it. It simply was used for work and nothing more. +++Final thoughts: Neutral object. Not much to go on. No Remnant or Agony.

Mitchell BNCR Camera Immediately upon tuning into this object did I connect with sexual abuse. It was so obvious and distinct I was shocked by it and it made me uncomfortable. The camera felt like it was trying to seduce me (or anyone that connected to it). This feeling felt so incredibly Wrong that I held still and started to flow reiki into it, determined to heal whatever bad energy this was. As I dug further, I discovered the feeling of a man who tried to flirt or seduce women in conjunction with the camera. It felt like whatever the man had done, the energy from it was splattered onto the camera. Disgusted by this, I tried to dig even further and try to get to the camera itself. As soon as I hit the camera’s individual self, it immediately “gasped” and energetically grabbed my reiki-filled hands and begged for me to help it. I told it I would and proceeded to stand there for several minutes, pulling away the disgusting sexually-abusive energy. I was successful in doing so after a while, and once I was finished, the camera “sighed” and proceeded to send a visual image of shaking, like a pine tree in winter shaking off snow. The camera thanked me, and then immediately went into a sort of hibernation. Dormant, and unfeeling. +++Final thoughts: Could this not be a more accurate example of Agony? I was horrified for the camera and disgusted by whoever had left that energy onto it. The camera clearly was scared of what was on it, and saw its opportunity for help and snatched it. I don’t blame it for a moment for doing so.

Phantasmagoria Lantern This item felt incredibly bored and impatient. All it wanted was to get out of its glass display case and be used. When I asked if it wanted reiki, it leaped at the chance and seemingly gobbled it up like a greedy little monster. The energy felt non-distinct and very much “machine”-like. +++Final thoughts: Did the user of this item leave the bored/impatient feeling? Was it used with haste and thus got used to that? How does an object get bored? No Remnant or Agony. Neutral machine.

Mechanical Deer Puppet This item felt extremely loved by its builder. The deer believed itself to be beautiful in a genuine non-vain way and looked forward to being held and played with by its owner. I could not have been happier for it. +++Final thoughts: This reminds me of the Velveteen Rabbit story. I’ve never doubted that story’s idea for a moment, but it’s nice to see more examples of it in person. I would classify the idea of bringing an object to “life” through loving it as Remnant.

Stop Motion Puppets Intriguingly, almost all of them felt dormant, as though waiting to feel “alive” under specific circumstances only. Considering the nature of what these items are, I would not be surprised if they only “awakened” once someone was filming them slowly over time. The only stop motion puppet out of all of them that did not feel dormant was an endoskeleton. However, that one felt like it would enter that dormant state once skinned.

+++Final thoughts: This is such a strange half-way state of being. I’m not sure I can classify it as Remnant yet. Even the endo felt like it had only enough “brain cells” to understand simple commands (like “move” and “not move”). I’d say no for now.

Animatronic Dinosaur W was immediately intrigued by this item. We both looked at it together. He was drawn to the head and noticed something was wrong. I was fixated by the foot and noticed something felt off. When I tried to flow reiki into the foot, W got my attention and pointed at the head again, as though asking me to try and fix it. I asked him if I should stop what I was doing, to which he thought for a moment and then said, “No, follow through with what you’re drawn to. This is your work.” Once the foot felt okay, I moved to the head and tried to find what W had noticed. I was drawn to the neck joint. Something felt wrong there but I don’t know what. I did reiki it, but felt the problem was physical. A bad part or something. I don’t know. As for energy feeling of the dinosaur overall, I could feel the memory of multiple men gathering around it and geeking out over it. The feeling was not unlike school children excited over a toy, but this was adults instead.

+++Final thoughts: The memories of the men were definitely there, but the dinosaur itself felt dead. If the memories could be considered Remnant, I’d say it had it, but if we’re classifying Remnant as the object itself feeling “alive”, I’d say no. Unless, of course, like the stop motion puppets, this dinosaur would only come “alive” once plugged in. But I doubt it considering what happened later with a different object.

Rabbit Costume This costume, which was featured in a film that was meant to be a mixture of fantasy and horror, gave off the feeling of exactly the type of energy it was used for in its film (off-putting, but you can’t look away). The costume wanted to hold my hand and I had the distinct feeling of not wanting to, despite also clearly feeling that the item had no intention of harm. It felt like the costume knew exactly what it was doing, but at the same time had no real goal in anything. It felt like it was just doing the motions it was trained to do: Be creepy and oddly comforting at the same time; Provide the feeling of making someone want to come towards you but also run away at the same time. Bonus: W told me I should be careful of this one, that I better be sure of disconnecting properly from this item or else it had the possibility of leaving a trace that could follow me. I found this suggestion ironic given what the costume itself was (a rabbit).

+++Final thoughts: I believe this item held the energy left over from the actor that wore it. The item itself had no goal or intention beyond doing what it was told, so there was no real threat. I’d classify this one as neutral, no Remnant or Agony. There was no personality here, just an item that was following command.

Animatronic Head This movie prop gave off a strange mixture of neutrality and confused personality. Sometimes it would feel “dead”, and other times it would sort of “spring to life” and try to answer questions I energetically asked it. The head felt as though it had been in storage for a long time and as such had lost a lot of its original feeling. When I asked if it knew what it was, the item said its name like a default computer trained to do so. When I asked if it knew what it was for, the head became confused, with a slight possible train of thought that led to its wiring. When I asked if it knew that it had been used in a popular movie, the head was confused over what a movie was. When I asked how it felt to be on display, the head gave off the impression of not caring, followed by a desire to stop talking to me. I obliged. +++Final thoughts: This feels like an example of what can happen to an inanimate object if it’s stored for too long without any attention given to it. I do, however, say that with the understanding that different items no doubt react differently to long-term storage, and it all depends on specific circumstances/energies. No Agony or Remnant. Neutral.

All in all, I enjoyed this experiment and it was intriguing to see what I could Sense in varying types of objects. I was happy with some, saddened with others, and overall pleased with all of the results.

In conclusion, inanimate objects definitely have impressions of energy surrounding them, be they positive, negative, or neutral. These impressions can be felt as memories, personalities, or nothing at all, and each of them can be interpreted as either energy stuck to “blank” items, or else the items themselves having transformed into a sort of “living” entity itself. None of these items in question were haunted in my opinion. But in some cases they did appear to have a life of its own. So, I suppose the question now is what does it take to bring an item to life? (My head tingled writing that and I’m positive it was W)

In regards to the FNAF terminology, there’s really no reason to use them. Remnant and Agony do not really exist as they are exactly described in canon. That being said, if you boil those terms down to meaning “positive life energy” and “negative life energy”, I believe there’s an argument in using them just for fun. If it makes experimenting more fun and encourages curiosity in energetic work... why not?
