Pabst Blue Ribbon x Monster Children Launch 1700 Naud A New Creative Events Space In Downtown LA
Tumblr media
Pabst Blue Ribbon and lifestyle magazine Monster Children are excited to announce the opening of their new gallery and creative event space in Los Angeles - 1700 Naud.
The collaborative space is a joint venture between the two brands and will host regular exhibitions, showcases, workshops, cultural events, and will provide a launch and event space for use by like-minded brands.
Located in a renovated warehouse in the industrial area just north of downtown and across from LA's State Historic Park, 1700 Naud will also house offices for both Monster Children and Pabst, along with temporary work spaces in an area of LA that is attracting substantial investment from the creative community. Neighbors include David Chang's new Majordomo restaurant, NYC’s Baby’s All Right, Paradigm Entertainment Agency, Werkartz artist studio, and the groundbreaking street art and graffiti exhibition Beyond the Streets.
“We are excited to be teaming with Monster Children at 1700 Naud. This space is an opportunity to support the creative visionaries in our community, allowing people to see the world differently through their art. Our goal is to provide a hub for the LA community to create, collaborate, and showcase their work,.” said Andrew Heard, Brand Manager of Pabst Blue Ribbon.
Kevin Duffel, General Manager of Monster Children USA, believes the event space will provide a great opportunity for Monster Children and Pabst to bring to life their shared interests. "We've been looking for a while for the perfect space to showcase the world of Monster Children and our various passions, and it has all come together at 1700 Naud . We are really excited to be working with Pabst to celebrate our worlds of art, design, music, photography and youth culture."
Monster Children magazine launched in Sydney Australia in 2003 and Los Angeles in 2010, and has since grown to include online publishing platforms, a creative agency, and a film production business with clients and partners including Adidas, Levi's, Converse, Vans, Fender, and Go Pro.
Pabst Blue Ribbon has a long history of supporting artists. For years, Pabst Blue Ribbon has featured emerging artists by showcasing their designs on millions of cans and packaging. In addition, the brand has awarded tens of thousands of dollars in grants to artists to help further their careers.

The Pageant of the Masters(7/7-9/1)(OC)
今年適逢「Pageant of the Masters」八十五週年和Laguna Art Museum的百年慶,購買Pageant of the Masters的門票將可無限制地在暑假參訪整個
July 7 Sat– Sep 1 Sat,  Nightly at 8:30pm
Irvine Bowl at the Festival of Arts, 650 Laguna Canyon Rd, Laguna Beach, CA 92651

Movie of the week
Ant-Man and the Wasp
