I just found about this man from Charles Barkley who was on Club Shay-shay.
@Interestin_Fax : Milwaukee Bucks basketball player, Junior Bridgeman, held the record for most games played for the franchise when he retired in 1987. Then he bought
@Wendys. He's worth $600 million now.

Did you see Monique’s club Shay Shay interview? If so what did you think & what did you think of DL hughley trying to clap back by coming for her weight like he always does when he can’t produce receipts? I also don’t like how Shannon & Wendy Williams caught a stray from him also.
I’m watching it right now! I love it. DL Hughley is a clown. And Monique has proven that in this interview. He’s so lame 😂😂😂 but this interview is so insightful!

Bracket Update/Round 2
The 17 characters that WILL be in the bracket:
Tara Maclay - Buffy The Vampire Slayer Lexa - The 100 Dani Clayton - The Haunting of Bly Manor Root - Person of Interest Poussey Washington - Orange Is The New Black Dana Fairbanks - The L Word Riley Abel - The Last of Us Charlie Bradbury - Supernatural Jenny Schecter - The L Word Maya St. Germain - Pretty Little Liars Naomi Campbell - Skins (UK) Peach Salinger - You Tara Chambler - The Walking Dead Kira - The Magicians Leslie Shay - Chicago Fire Lily - Supernatural Shotgun Mary - Warrior Nun
Clarifications:
Can someone please explain Marina Andrieski from The Magicians to me? It says she’s dead in some timelines and also gay in some timelines? She’ll advance to the next round if she is both in the show’s main timeline, whatever that can be defined as (which I also wasn’t clear on lmao).
To the extent of my extensive searching (read: typing the character’s name and dead/sexuality into google) and first hand knowledge, these characters are all lesbians and dead. Please correct me if my googling has lead me astray.
Advancing to second round:
Anika - Scream 6 Bizzy Forbes - Private Practice Cat Mackenzie - Lip Service Delphine - Atomic Blonde Denise - The Walking Dead Gideon Nav - The Locked Tomb Helen - Masters of Sex Marii Yukari - Qualia the Purple Mary Louise - The Vampire Diaries Nora - The Vampire Diaries Paulie - Lost and Delirious Queen Annika & Queen Neha - The Dragon Prince Rachel Amber - Life is Strange Rashida - Swarm Ruth Jamison - Fried Green Tomatoes (Novel) Sandy Lopez - ER Tricia - Orange Is The New Black Valerie - V for Vendetta (Novel) Wendy - American Horror Story Ymir - Attack on Titan Yorkie - Black Mirror These characters will be placed into another google form where you can select up to 10 characters to vote forward. The top 13 will advance to the bracket, and #14 and #15 will face off against Chloe Price from Life Is Strange and Bill Potts from Doctor Who to compete for the final two spots in the bracket.
These two have weird deaths that are either determinant or end in a non-human state (several times), but they do both happen to be lesbians and die, which is more than I can say for half of the submissions I got, so I’ll allow it. Despite the fact they recieved quite a few votes, I am having them participate in this round due to the fact that they *technically* don’t meet the criteria.

Wendy Shay Finds Strength In Powerful New Single ‘Love Me Now’ Following Traumatic Ordeal After her brush with death over a week ago, Ghanaian music star Wendy Shay is back in the spotlight with an insightful release. Shaken by what could have been her final moments with us, the singer voices some powerful words we can all benefit from reflecting on in her latest Amapiano-infused single, ‘Love Me Now,’ produced by MOG Beatz. In a shocking turn of events, ‘Love Me Now’ was but a new addition to Wendy Shay’s list of unreleased songs on September 7. Today, in the wake of the traumatic ordeal she suffered three days later, it serves as an abrupt reminder. That is why the ‘Survivor’ hitmaker took to social media to share a heartfelt message with her fans upon announcing the single that made many feel uneasy, knowing it could have been a posthumous release. “I recorded this song on 7.09.2023 [and] had an accident on 10.09.2023. The lyrics in this song is making sense to me now…,” Wendy Shay shared with her 2.9M followers on Instagram. “Some people will only love you when you are dead… I am alive by the grace of God. Thanks to GOD, my family, team, and my Fans for their support and prayers. Ghana please say a big Thank you to these celebs who showed me love when I needed it most.” At midnight, a few minutes into Sunday (September 10, 2023), a tipper truck crashed into Wendy Shay’s Jeep Wrangler from behind on the Kwabenya ACP highway. The singer reportedly banged her head on the dashboard and suffered a mild concussion according to her management. The incident sent ripples across the industry, with many music stars expressing their well-wishes and prayers for Wendy Shay, as did fans. And rightly so, as the tragic loss of Wendy Shay’s RuffTown Records predecessor, Ebony, is still fresh in the minds of Ghanaians five years later. ‘Love Me Now’ couldn’t have come at a better time. It highlights the importance of friendship and solidarity in times of crisis while urging us to appreciate and support our loved ones while they are alive and kicking, not when they are dead. The song premiered with a simple yet effective visualizer directed by Eni Baid. Its monochrome shots revolve around Wendy Shay seated in a lush park, recounting her recent near-fatal accident through the song’s invaluable lyrics. Watch here. https://youtu.be/q06PnjykWxc?si=3XBbgY_A4ju3kv6c In hindsight, the opening lyrics to the song: “Check up on your friend. Stand up for your friend. When in time of need, cos a friend in need is a friend indeed. A friend might be going through some phase, so pick up the phone,” are bound to send chills down your spine. They deliver a pressing message and present us with an opportunity to connect with our loved ones at any time of any day before it is a little too late. As the saying goes, “Give people their flowers while they can still smell them.”

"It's Lark. And I'm not too busy. I promise, I'm never too busy. Plus, having you in here keeps my boss off my back."
They stood from their desk, and they were taller than they seem to be when they're slouched behind their computer. Behind mountains of folders. Under the unyielding eye of their bitch-boss, Wendy. With a twist to the side, their back cracks from hours of inactivity.
"Can I get you a drink? Water, coffee, soda from the vending machine?" The bottle of Schnapps in the bottom drawer of their desk was always an option, but Lark didn't really know Shay well enough to suggest it. Maybe once she left, they'd imbibe. They pour themself a cup of decently fresh coffee and turn back to the woman on the other side of the desk.
"If you wanna nag off the record, I can take it. I make decent money to just sit here and get hounded at. But if you want to file a report, just say the word."
She inhales deep before letting out a long, drawn-out ugghhhhh of frustration. She isn't really in the know about HR and all its workings and doesn't really know much about this person. But when she wants to nag at someone, she finds someone to do just that at. She almost feels sorry for them. Almost. Naw.
"I dunno. Y'just the first person's office I came across. So now y'gotta listen to me ramble, eh? Unless you're too busy."
Her eyes scan the desk as her lips perk in distaste. She just cannot imagine ever being the sort of person who sits around and does paperwork and listens to people. This person must have one hell of a calmer mindset than she does.
Initially, she did want to complain about "The Moltres Incident" that left her with burn scarring that hurts every so often, crack a few jokes about it, and make it sound like she did want to file some sort of complaint about how she was never reimbursed for it. But now that she thinks about it? Naw. She's gonna avoid ever mentioning that failure.
"Though I never did get y'name..." A roll of the hand suggests she wants to hear their name as she speaks further. "...Person-who-does-paperwork."
