I started writing some OrangeHook hurt/comfort, holla! Really hope I can finish this one, I've wanted to cross that off the list for a while now. I wanted to write a hurt/comfort fic for these two after the Joe match, but I couldn't make it happen. If I can make this work though, I can actually reference some of my ideas for that hypothetical fic in this one, as a little make-good to myself.

I also kinda want this one to have a little mini-analysis of OC's title reigns, in the form of some navel-gazey introspection on Orange's part. Not sure I really have it in me to do that justice (ditto for the hurt/comfort part, if I'm being honest) but I wanna try. Writing's been real fickle for me lately, so fingers crossed I can overcome that and finally finish something for a change.

#What is wrong with you Sam you should not be allowed to write #Yeah yeah I'm pretty much just an OrangeHook writer now - I swear I have ideas for other pairings but it just ain't happening right now #And since OC's now sans title it's like there's a whole lotta new juicy stuff to explore #What can I say? IMO one of the most fascinating things to explore in all of fiction is men feeling like failures #And their subsequent attempts to deal with their losses and the growing feeling of inadequacy that they cultivate #Pretty sure that's the same reason why I like DG so much by the by #Well that and the fact that I wanna *extended censored beeping*
