Shockwave just wanting to talk about his maritime plants whilst Soundwave has a crisis about intimacy before marriage. I like to think Shockwave did get to finish talking about wet plants at some point and everything he had to say was fascinating

The discussion between Soundwave and some of the cassettes regarding Senator Shockwave. I adored the way it was handled especially Soundwaves chat with Shockwave regarding it and Shockwaves only request being that the separation of the Senator and him as well as his statement of “My creations have a right to all knowledge”

Every time Megatron gets his ass kicked by Soundwave, it’s deserved every time

Shockwaves parenting in general, he’s trying his best and I love that for him especially the way he adapts for each individual kids needs

Shockwaves sketchbook dedicated to his family and their various expressions, I love the way his struggle with processing and understanding emotions is written

Shockwave deleting his memories and then being shocked that he didn’t notice Elita

Starscream calling Ratbat ugly unprovoked, like??? That’s a baby??? Calm down??? And Soundwaves response that he’s uglier, I love petty coworker nonsense

The family days out to the hill with the temple (at least I’m fairly certain it’s the same location) it’s very cute, I love the way domestic moments are written in this fic

The code number for earth being dirt, it’s just really funny to me

Soundwave and his elephants! I love Soundwave and his elephants! And he can talk to them!

Shockwave and Soundwave figuring out sharing a bed and cuddling was absolutely adorable, that entire scene in chapter eight was wonderful (funnily enough the same chapter with the wet plants)

This list is just off the top of my head so there’s probably a lot that I’ve missed off and will probably add on my next re-read.

Shockwave would cradle the love he now knew he held for Soundwave deep within his spark. He would love Soundwave in death just as hard as he might have in life, he owed that much to the mech whose trust in Shockwave had led to his death.
