05 February 2025 (Wednesday): The Prince of Wales, Patron, Child Bereavement UK, this morning visited a Child Bereavement UK Centre at Ashley House, Ashley Way West, Widnes, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire (Lady Redwood). 06 February 2025 (Thursday): The Prince William, Duke of Rothesay this afternoon visited East Scryne Farm, Carnoustie, and was received by Mr Malcolm Taylor (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Angus). His Royal Highness afterwards visited Carnoustie and Monifieth Men’s Shed, 140 Kinloch Street, Carnoustie. The Prince William, Duke of Rothesay later visited Deirdre Knight Centre, Lour Road, Forfar, Angus. * I'm not sure when William did his reception for the Blue Peter Earthshot competition at Windsor because it does not appear in the Court Circular.

That's it. That's the only public work he did the entire week.

Oh, but I'm sure you'll say that he was "working behind the scenes" on something as if none of the other working royals do that!

Let's take a look at Charles's work schedule for this past week for comparison.

His Majesty viewed an art exhibition and attended a Reception for members of the Polish community in the United Kingdom. The King, Royal Founding President, The King’s Trust, this afternoon received Ms Farah Mohamed (Chief Executive Officer, The King’s Trust Canada). The King held a Council at 4.15pm. The Rt Hon Lucy Powell MP had an audience of His Majesty before the Council. The King this evening held a Reception at Buckingham Palace for the Civil Service.

06 February 2025 (Thursday): Her Excellency Mrs Ximena Fuentes Torrijo was received in audience by The King today and presented the Letters of Recall of her predecessor and her own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Chile to the Court of St James’s. His Excellency Mr Juan Ernesto Snead Amarilla was received in audience by The King and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Paraguay to the Court of St James’s. Her Excellency Ms Tuot Panha was received in audience by The King and presented the Letters of Recall of her predecessor and her own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Court of St James’s. The King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan this afternoon visited His Majesty when The King presented His Majesty with the Insignia of an Honorary Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order. Afterwards The King spoke to Prince Rahim Al-Hussaini Aga Khan via telephone to convey His Majesty’s condolences on the recent death of His Highness’s father, Prince Karim Aga Khan. The King, Royal Patron, later received senior members of the Intelligence Agencies.

07 February 2025 (Friday): The King, Royal Founding President, The King’s Foundation, and The Queen this evening attended a United Kingdom-Italy Dinner held by the Ambassador from the Italian Republic (His Excellency Mr Inigo Lambertini) in Gloucestershire to celebrate the Slow Food and Slow Fashion Movement.

So Charles's work week went like this:

Monday: ~ telephone call ~ 4 audiences Tuesday ~ Investiture Wednesday ~ 2 morning engagements ~ 2 audiences ~ council meeting ~ evening reception Thursday ~ 5 audiences ~ 1 phone call Friday ~ banquet in the evening

That's 19 different engagements by my count, and he worked every working day of the work week, i.e. five days this week. All while he is still undergoing treatment for cancer. William is 35 year younger and will only hit that high number of engagements when he's on tour outside the UK.

To actually use the words, "if Catherine and William are in the process of being prepped to be king and queen," is beyond laughable! Ed and Sophie are doing Will & Kate's jobs right now! Should we assume Ed & Sophie are going to be king & queen instead because they do all the foreign work Will & Kate should be doing? Perhaps parliament should make a change and insert Edward as heir to the throne ahead of William because Ed will actually do the work of being an heir and monarch.

"He understandably wants to make the biggest impact possible while he is king." Charles is already the greatest (non-Welsh) Prince of Wales there has ever been. William can't even match his father's work as heir to the throne, and here you are pretending that Charles could only have an impact when he became monarch. I don't think the many people Charles has helped with his organizations would agree with that.

Did the Men in Black show up and wipe your memory from three years ago? Did you forget that QEII couldn't attend many of her Jubilee events? That special considerations that had to be made whenever she did engagements or appeared in public? Everyone knew she was having problems, they just didn't publicly specify what her exact problems were beyond "mobility."

She was 96 years old, and you're pretending that she looked like a beacon of pure vitality & health when she had a giant bruise on her hand while looking extremely frail in her last public photo?

Give it up! Charles isn't dying this year. Or next year. Or even the year after that.

The Baroness Bruck Twitter account is now trying to revive those old stories. I thought that was just a sugar gone wild, but she’s now tweeting obviously planted articles from small publications so it seems she’s working with a pr firm.

I don’t know if anyone is interested in my tinhat theory but I have a feeling these accounts are Harry sugars but not necessarily Meghan sugars. That’s why when they used to attack the Sussexes it was believable because they probably really do hate Meghan and want her out of his life. These people really do also hate William a lot and who hates William the most? Harry. I am basing this tinhat speculation on a blog here on tumblr who I feel is spreading similar narratives (e.g. William has anxiety problems & will be a terrible, hated king). This blog hides it well because it adopts an attitude of as if they know better than all of us because they’re a wise sage who can read Vedic astrology. But reading through this blog’s posts, I’ve noticed that even though they talk shit about Meghan, when it comes to Harry, they only say that he is the one initiating the divorce and has contacted lawyers since last year. This blog also defends Harry against hairplug accusations (lol). The twitter accounts are now also seem to be pushing that William is anxious in public, etc. There’s definitely a similarity in sentiments being spread. Also I’m truly beginning to be worried because recently they’ve said some really horrifying, sickening things about William that I can’t even put into words here. If anyone is on Twitter, they’ve probably seen what I’m talking about.

Kendrick Lamar called out rappers by name in his infamous "Control" verse, released in 2013, but the Internet is playing the guessing game about his target in a new song. Lamar released "The Heart Part 4" on Friday and caused a frenzy on social media as fans and listeners tried to figure out whom the rap prince was referring to in the buzzed track. Drake, Big Sean and J. Cole were some of the rappers speculated to be Lamar's target on the song, which starts with the line, "Don't tell a lie on me/I won't tell the truth about you." On the second verse he raps, "Tiptoeing around my name ... you lame/And when I get at you, homie, don't you just tell me you was just playing." The 29-year-old Compton rapper also name-drops President Trump in the song, calling him a "chump."

On "Control," Lamar received praise for his guest verse on the song by Big Sean, which also featured Jay Electronica. On the track, Lamar called himself "the king of New York" and "the king of the coast." He also called out 11 rappers, including Drake, J. Cole, A$AP Rocky, Pusha T, Meek Mill, Mac Miller, Wale, Big K.R.I.T., Tyler, and the Creator, as well as his "Control" co-stars. Lamar is expected to release a new album this year. It will be the follow-up to 2015's Grammy-winning "To Pimp a Butterfly."

Beppu, Kyushu Island:

The bullet trains are a joy. Spot-on time, efficient, orderly, clean, comfortable, fast. Have I spoken of the cleanliness? Everywhere, from shops, to malls, to station, there is always someone cleaning, cloths in hand: sides, tops, railings of elevators; windows, countertops, paths, entries of shops. No beverage, meal on arrival and departure is without someone bearing hot cloths, or at least, moist towelettes, including as you take your seat on the train. Love that. We watch everybody buying their ‘bento boxes’ to eat on the longer trips: the train stations are a delight for that as I’ve mentioned so we make sure we ‘do as the locals’ and get ours: together with a wine and a beer, makes for pleasant journeys.

On this trip to Beppu, a little bent-over woman wearing a little denim hat to match her denim coloured jacket, takes the seat across the aisle. From her bags she takes out a little plastic, two-tiered stool. On the bottom she places sheets of newspaper, intended for her shoes (which she removes), on the top she places a rolled-up towel to cushion her stockinged feet. She is obviously used to not reaching the footrest provided! Then proceeds to bring out her bento and happily chopsticks away, cleans up and takes a little snooze. So gorgeous.

Speaking of gorgeous. On the train from Beppu to Osaka (a wonderful timber-lined, leather armchairs, old-schooland spacious capsule) in comes the conductor in his little cap and uniform (I can’t help using ‘little’) from the rear of the carriage, goes to the front, turns faces the passengers, bows, says (I’m thinking) “good morning, thankyou for taking the JR train, I will now take your tickets”; does so, then returns to the front, turns, bows “thankyou, have a good day”. How could you not carry this respect and courtesy forward in your day? Beautiful.

Beppu is the onsen ‘capital’ of Japan with it’s many natural hot springs. It’s situated sandwiched between mountain and sea, not a very pretty town but it is Wales’ base for the World Cup and it is all flags flying in honour. It’s very near Oita where two of the quarter final games will be held. Our ryokan inn, the Hana Beppu, welcomes us warmly, into the lounge overlooking the garden described above, warm towels, bowing, crouching woman checking us in, very long description of all the amenities and inclusions for our stay (Glenn looking for pit stop, jiggling) and all the local specialities we can look forward to. Apparently breakfast and dinner are included and we look at each other and tell her we will probably eat out, she is crestfallen and cannot understand why. She is at great pains to say the menu changes daily and is ‘many local famous things’. We cannot disappoint so book our time and say to ourselves, ‘let’s see’. There are many beautiful decor items pointed out: the wall of bamboo screening which took three artists three months to make (moon and stars and much meaning); the different tatami matting; the onsen areas (Glenn still jiggling); then the room amenities, the loungewear for use throughout and at breakfast and dinner. Finally G gets to use his Toto!

Dinner is a dream. There is very little English spoken, the menu beautifully written in Japanese calligraphy and each course served on beautiful ceramics with precision, delightful use of placement, colour and texture and the tastes exquisite. (Jennie thinking of you as I know how you appreciate this care)! The woman serving has the most beautiful manner using her hands to present and indicate with the graceful turn of head that speaks of respect and hospitality. I feel like a lump of clumsy chump in comparison. Breakfast the next morning is similarly presented, we know nothing of what’s on the tray and what is added but with waving hands and more nodding and bowing, we are are encouraged to take the special local egg, mix it with the rice and choose one of three different soys depending on how we mix the egg! I use camera function of Google Translate to work out what we’re having and the descriptions are hilarious!

Coffee is necessary and the drip they offer is not going to cut it but G spied a proper La Mazzotta at the station’s “Seattle’s Best Coffee” 😳 so we make straight for it and it is quite good. Explore Beppu on a sunny but windy day, hearing from Adrian that Tokyo is teeming rain due to Typhoon Hagibis. We see unusual cloud formation in the distant hills and a permanent sign talking of Tsunami procedures but other than that it’s business as usual in Beppu. Interesting department stores and street activity and G is happy to see the fan zone down near the waterfront where, unless it’s cancelled due to Hagibis, the Japan/Samoa match will be shown.

We’ve booked a private onsen and it is lovely, so relaxing and not intimidating re breaking etiquette (though we follow it to the letter). It doesn’t faze me being naked with the ladies in the female onsen but I am so scared of breaking a rule. Apparently, even allowing your washer or hair to touch the onsen water is akin to peeing in a public fountain! 😲. I love though the meticulous washing required before getting in the onsen (it wouldn’t go astray at Newcastle and Merewether Baths!). There are about 15 minerals present in the water and they firmly believe in the health benefits such that you don’t rinse off afterward but simply towel dry. All the necessary toiletries, hairdryer etc are available for use upon finish and we leave, somewhat flushed but glowing.

Another fabulous dinner, indeed completely different to last night but the quality is equal. This time, including a hot stone beef and vegetable course and the most fabulous slow-cooked pork belly that melts like butter. Love too being in our loungewear, barefoot for me (G loves his thong-ed socks). So relaxing.

We catch the bus the next day to Oita. Perfect autumn day and Adrian reports it’s a stunning day in Tokyo as well and the busy bees have apparently done an amazing job of clearing the typhoon mess. From a distance Oita reminds us of Wollongong and it is a bustling port city. We find another rugby area with food stalls and performances but we’re the only ‘round eyes’ and there’s lots of bowing and smiling welcomes. We sample the karaage (fried chicken) known here as Toriten as it’s a specialty of Oita prefecture and it’s crispy and made with moist leg meat. KFC eat your heart out. And....the Toto at the performance area had an extra you-beaut function....a “Privacy 🎶" button for those awkward moments in public 😆🥰

Another different, delicious dinner then we hot-foot it to the fan-zone. Japan are leading and the excitement is building. I spy fireworks from Oita. Mostly Japanese with a sprinking of tourists, the game is the best yet, thrilling and so well-refereed it is all rugby should be: flowing, skilfull, hard tackles, great passing and running. Nip-pon! Nip-pon! is the chant!

A great few days, so different from the big city vibes and as we leave on another perfect autumn day, we have the green lush mountainside immediately to our left and the sparkling sea directly on our right. The area will be thronging with 50,000 next weekend for the quarters and it will be a huge boost to the area. Nip-pon🇯🇵

I don't understand why people even get worked up over the thought of Harry coming back. William needs Harry around to make himself look better in comparison.

Why does anyone take William's comments about learning Welsh seriously?

If he wanted an actual tutor, he could have asked his father for one back when he actually lived in Wales. He could have asked one after he and Kate moved out of Wales. He could have hired one in the past two years but clearly hasn't and isn't going to.

He's just going to keep on saying that he's working on "learning" Welsh, and yet--AND YET--appears no closer now than he was a year ago. He's going to keep on with the same explanation--he's busy, he's using an app like Duolingo, etc.--because he does not care about learning Welsh and is just going to lie about it, from his past statements to the day he dies.

It never ceases to amaze me that none of The Will & Kate Cult, such as yourself @cr19x, has a good explanation for the public self immolation Will & Kate have conducted this year.

You don't have a good explanation for why Kate received The Order of the Companions of Honour in April, which was basically a royal diss by King Charles.

You don't have a good explanation of why Sophie was wearing The Lotus Flower tiara in June and will likely wear a different (new to her) tiara later on in the future, whether it's this year or next.

You don't have a good explanation for why Will & Kate were unexpectedly showing up in Balmoral last weekend for face-to-face meetings with King Charles.

You don't have any explanation for why William's new equerry is only supporting William, and why Will & Kate look set to have separate finance managers.

I post comments that I think are valid, regardless of which side of the stan aisle they fall on.

But that said, let's take a look at some responses to Sky News' tweet about Kate attending the ballet this afternoon.

The first tweet up there is spot on. If Kate isn't going to work, then why isn't she posting comments like this on her personal account? She does not have any patronages supporting any ballet companies.

Of course, the real answer is that Kate has engineered her future as a public recluse. She is only going to come out in public officially FOUR TIMES A YEAR--Trooping the Colour, Wimbledon, Cenotaph/Remembrance Sunday, and Christmas concert.

And there isn't going to be a tiara engagement in her future. For a long, long time.

And you, @cr19x, don't seem to grasp why that is or why Kate deems that necessary for her long-term mental health.

There is literally a large object in front of Camilla while she is shaking hands and while someone else is talking. Camilla can't stretch out that far when shaking hands because she has a bad back, and Camilla is making eye contact the entire time.

Camilla is greeting the imaging tech while the guy in a white shirt is talking. She's shaking hands without interrupting the man who is talking. No side conversations are happening when Kate walks into the hospital and greets two people at the entrance

So instead of addressing the very real issues in KP, their default is to attack Camilla. Nevermind that in the last few years:

Her son’s partner died of cancer

Her husband was diagnosed and is still being treated for cancer

Her dog was recently put to sleep due to cancer

Instead of demonstrating some of “compassion and empathy” we’re supposed to give to two middle aged layabouts, they’d rather attack Camilla to deflect from their problematic faves. CHUMPS!

Another day, another media outlet trying to convince everyone that Kate has the power to grant royal warrants.

Kate Middleton is set to break from decades of tradition and bestow her first set of royal warrants for the first time ever, it has been confirmed. As reigning monarch, King Charles decides which members of the royal family are permitted to hand out royal warrants, signifying their own personal use of a specific brand. When the Princess of Wales announces her decisions, it will mark the first time in over 70 years that a royal bearing the title Princess of Wales has had the opportunity to grant the honour – an opportunity that was not bestowed upon Princess Diana.

Because outside of the royal media circles, there are NO signs that UK businesses are putting in applications to become grantees for Kate's royal warrants.

How do we know?

Just check The Royal Warrant Holders Association website.

In 2024 HM The King and HM The Queen granted their first two sets of Royal Warrants of Appointment of the new reign. The grants were made as part of a review of all companies that held Royal Warrants at the time of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.  New Royal Warrants will be granted in 2025 to other companies with an established and ongoing trading relationship with the Royal Household as part of the usual cycle of reviews and applications. 

Doesn't list The Prince OR Princess of Wales there.

The application section also does not mention The Prince or Princess of Wales.

Companies can apply for a Royal Warrant of Appointment if they have supplied the Households of HM The King or HM The Queen with goods or services for at least five years out of the past seven years.

Again, no mention of The Prince OR Princess of Wales.

Applications do not even open until mid-May.

Applications are open from mid-May until the end of June.   Application forms and instructions are available from the Association upon request during this period only. Each application is scrutinised by the Royal Household Warrants Committee, which makes its recommendation to the Grantor.

All this hype about Kate issuing royal warrants soon is just that.

HYPE!

These stories about Kate are just pr cover to hide that she's not doing anything right now and has no plans to do anything in the near future.

She's probably still up at Anmer Hall right now, spending her nights away from William & the kids. Or maybe she's staying with her parents. Or in a different property in Windsor Great Park. Or back at Adelaide Cottage while William is sleeping on the couch somewhere else.

But she is NOT in the process of picking and choosing which companies are going to receive her royal warrants.

But Will & Kate fans are doing an excellent job proving that, once again, they are CHUMPS because they believe every word of these pr lies concocted by the KP comms chief, Lee Thompson.

My personal favorite right now is that Kate can't do engagements right now because "she’s a bit immunocompromised."

Yeah, she's so "immunocompromised" that she could interact with the celebrities and guests at her carol concert indoors and spend an extra half hour/40 minutes outside at Sandringham on Christmas interacting in close proximity to strangers!

Immunocompromised people don't do that.

And why would she be "immunocompromised" when she announced that she had completed her "chemotherapy," which according to Kate's bench video from last March, was only going to be "preventative"? When they use any form of chemotherapy in preventative doses, it's less than in normal chemotherapy.

Kate could run around play nerf games during the summer, but since she's not working even partially six months later, Wales stans/apologists are making full excuses.

The only one who has been clearly immunocompromised during cancer treatment was Charles! Charles had reduced interactions with people last winter and spring due to his immune system. Charles had a reduced number of people attend Easter service with him due to an impaired immune system due to his treatment. The impact of Charles's treatment on his immune system was why such a big deal was made of him returning to regular engagements in April 2024!

The Wales fans/stans/apologists have just been making excuses for their faves for an entire year because they cannot admit to themselves that THEY GOT PLAYED by Kensington Palace pr games. I'm sure that's going to workout well in the long run for their little fandom. All those twitter accounts, tumblr blogs, instagram & tiktok videos for a farce.

Princess Kate is eyeing up her next public appearance, as she’s keen to head to Paris to watch some of the 2024 Olympic Games. The Princess of Wales has made two major appearances since her shock cancer diagnosis at the start of the year, stepping out at Trooping the Colour in June and the Men’s Singles Final at Wimbledon a month later. Kensington Palace has not set a date for her to return to royal duties, as Kate revealed in June that while she continues to undergo chemotherapy she has “good days and bad days”. But she wants to make the most of feeling well and endeavours to attend events over the coming months if she feels able to. One such event is attending the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, as a source close to the princess reveals she is keen to travel across the Channel to watch some of the action. “The Princess would love to go to the Olympics," they said. "She has such fond memories of London 2012 and is keen to go to another Games while it's so close to home.” The newly-wed couple were regular faces at the home Games, as they were jubilant when Chris Hoy secured his sixth Olympic gold at the velodrome and also enjoyed watching the tennis, hockey, swimming, athletics, gymnastics and football. But the insider was keen to stress that no decision has yet been made as Kate’s attendance is conditional on her health and whether her doctors give her the go-ahead. This mirrors the approach taken when the Princess attended the Wimbledon men’s final last month, as aides only confirmed her appearance the day before. Prince William is expected to travel to France to watch some of the Games next week, and as his children are currently enjoying their summer holidays its likely that their two eldest, Prince George, 11, and Princess Charlotte, nine, will join him.

It doesn't matter if it doesn't pan out, and she doesn't attend. The perception of her right now is that she would do something like this, even though she is allegedly being treated for cancer.

Did you know that there is a subreddit called "KateMiddletonMissing"? It has 7,400 members currently, which is undoubtedly a larger number than the surviving Wales "fandom" on tumblr. Numbers that will likely increase over the coming weeks and months while Kate hides from the public. There is a thread discussing this rumor of Kate attending the Paris Olympics, and people aren't buying what Kensington Palace and Kate are selling, even if she has no actual plans to attend.

I'm kind of hoping the French play Gojira's song about Marie Antoinette on the big screen while Kate and/or William is at the Olympics. They're really shameless to claim abdominal surgery in January to skip work until Easter, but then changed it to cancer when things got heated. Now they're playing the cancer card, cherry-picking glamour events, and putting it down as 'work'. Instead of helping cancer patients and creating awareness about testing and getting symptoms checked, Kate has only showed up at the Trooping, the Wimbledon men's final, and now possibly another men's tennis match featuring Andy Murray. These are not decent people.

She's crap like the rest of them. You'll never convince me she ever had cancer.

Watching tennis on the royal box, sunbathing in mustique and not giving a ficking damn about not working for anything is a well known treatment for cancer.

My opinion only. Kate is totally complicit in all of this. I don't see how she's under duress or in any way being forced to tell the world she has/had cancer. She shows up at two major events looking fully healthy and smiling. Quite a contrast from the "bench video" where she looked pale and spoke in a somber tone. I believe that was also the one and only time that she has said anything about others having cancer. It just doesn't look good at all and seems disrespectful to those struggling with cancer.

Even in the much larger RoyalsGossip subreddit, which forbids any speculation on Kate's "health condition," has comments in disbelief about Kate's "cancer diagnosis."

Impressive that her medical team is okay with her attending crowded sporting events during treatment but recording a short Zoom video for a patronage is too much to handle

And especially now that there’s a spike in Covid cases. I know sick people who are not allowed to go to crowded places.

Interesting that's she is well enough to travel to Paris but not to do zoom calls eith her patronages? Or support her charitable endeavors? What about the First Five Years?

Camilla isn't an invalid, and she isn't retiring. A couple articles clarifying why she missed several engagements isn't the end of the world, yet every Wales stan acts as if it's treason by the press.

Camilla is 77. She is legit elderly. She stopped smoking twenty years ago, before she married Charles, but even 20 years later, she is still susceptible and vulnerable to lung infections. Do I need to explain to you that pneumonia can be quite dangerous in the elderly too?

I've notice a lot of people seem to not know much about members of the BRF attending funerals for foreign heads of state or US history.

Tends to be a problem when you can't get your facts right.

The very obvious problem with this list is that the 31st president, Herbert Hoover, died on 20 October 1964. He lied in state in the Capitol Rotunda from 23-25 October 1964 with a state funeral.

Only three were attended by a member of the BRF, and that was Prince Charles, who attended Eisenhower, Reagan, and Bush's funerals. Only 3/9 in all other cases a message of condolence was sent.

Charles attended at least three while he was The Prince of Wales. The other funerals were attended by none other than the BRF's legendary BAMF.

Prince Philip.

The man completed 22,219 solo engagements, which included attending funerals of foreign heads of state such as John F. Kennedy. Philip interacted with the young John Jr. while attending his funeral.

On the issue of Prince William. Jimmy Carter served as the 39th President of the United States from January 20, 1977, to January 20, 1981. There is no public record of Prince William ever meeting Jimmy Carter. Carter left the presidency in 1981, when Prince William was not yet born (he was born on June 21, 1982).

I mean, I literally have this sentence summing up at the bottom of the post: Weeks The Waleses will be on on vacation: 20 WEEKS!! That is FIVE MONTHS!

The only reason the Lambrook school schedule is important is because Will & Kate don't work when their kids are out of school, which is almost half the year!

Again, I don't know many ADULTS who take FIVE MONTHS OF VACATION FROM THEIR JOBS EVERY YEAR!!
