The WSQ food hygiene course comprises of an assessment with a written examination, a practical performance test and the last round is the oral assessment. Once the assessment is successfully completed by a candidate, he will be certified competent for the F & B industry.
Personal hygiene is mandatory for course enrollment such as during the training the participants should have tidy hair, clean fingernails, and attend the course neatly attired.
