Memphis police hunted a car into an intersection on Tuesday, killing 3 women and injuring 7 others.

One man interviewed by News Channel 3 said: “Every time they chase somebody, somebody dies. Stop chasing people. Why you chasing? There’s more than one way to catch somebody.”

I found those post on a Graceland fan group from someone who has access to court documents. Is someone close to Lisa Marie or Elvis behind a fake claim?

Here’s what we know to be fact …

Around September 2023 Naussany Investments filed a claim against the Promenade Trust. They alleged Lisa borrowed 3.8 mil and signed over Graceland as collateral. During that time and more recently I kept my eye on Shelby co website to see if any such lien existed . It did not and still doesn’t.

Riley stated they had missed their statute of limitations to file a claim on the estate and it goes quiet .

Fast forward on or around May 3,2024 a foreclosure sale is filed naming Graceland . Except the address is wrong . The address listed is the old business offices next door . So they can have that 😂

In the exhibits are copies of certified mail from the debtor to LMP . The address of the debtor is the local post office . This business doesn’t exist , their phone won’t work to be reached for comment . The Notary who’s name is on the original loan docs also filed an affidavit that she didn’t notarize this document , that she has never met LMP nor notarized any document with her name on it . She does not know why her name is on it.

Further more , Riley contends in her counter suit that the signature isn’t her mother’s (on some pages )she states this is a false entity .

Kevin Naussany , according to Riley ,has been sending threatening letters for months .

He threatened to conduct a non -judicial sale of Graceland ( a sale with no court order ) to recover their “ debt “

The deed of trust was never recorded in the Shelby County Registers office .

This is my personal note .. and is speculation …wanna know who else was getting credit cards and stacking up debt in Lisa’s name about the same time ? His intials are M .L. Just saying.

Bottom line this is a shake down pure and simple . Except they messed with the wrong fan base out of the gate.

Riley is smart and level headed and I have no doubt she will prevail .

Elvis will prevail .

He always has.

Singer Justin Timberlake announced he will be performing at President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration set for January 20.

The Memphis-area native made the announcement on social media Wednesday, calling it an honor to be able to perform at the event.

“A few months asgo @AntClemons and I wrote BETTER DAYS. This song was our way of doing what little we could to encourage everyone to stay hopeful and to keep working towards a better future,” he said.
