UR INSANE#actually you know what's insane. marking off which days your friend soends with you and which she spends with the rich asshole down the way#that dinner was crushing I felt so terribly for heathcliff#he had something like self-esteem for a few minutes and those racist pieces of shit assaulted him and banished him#of course he gets gloomy and pissy and refuses to wear nice things. hes miserable#and nothing he does ever is enough so why bother#I really feel like that's so realistic. lean into the stereotype to like...still male a point that you're a human person#I do that too...#cathy doesn't treat him all that well huh#she has more options thagln he does. not many tho#every time she's described at haughty and proud im like yesss I love toxic unreasonable arrogant women#within reason. the fact that she cares about heathcliff and he her REALLY raises my opinion of both characters#and the fact that she's palling arpund with someone who treated him so hideously. like. ugh. cathy!#cor reads
