here is my take on some an eating habit most winged people develope.

since winged people have extra two limbs they naturally have to eat more but since it can be hard to eat large portions at once especially at a young age. so most of them starts snacking through out the day so they are well fed.

i like to think that Tenma has either a bag of snacks with him almost at all times or he has little stashes of snacks around places he goes to alot (like his school locker). does tenma share? probably but not always

ahh yes, definitely, frequent snack times for baby birds!! Tenma would have some snacks in his bag, classroom locker, changing rooms locker etc. and Aki would make sure he doesn't run out. maybe she would also have him have a bit of money on him in case something happens, since she can trust he's not wasting it on something unnecessary. (a few times he does, because he's a kid, but he's generally being responsible about it.)

everyone's understanding and respectful of Tenma's eating habits, and sometimes they bring him new stuff to try and Tenma shares from his stash if someone seems hungry/tired or asks nicely, but it doesn't go smoothly all the time...
