Omen is very elusive. Nicknamed “the ghost” by all who meet him. He can disappear at will and is known for being very hard to catch. The only one to truly know anything about him is Malachi due to being both a ghosthunter and just generally fun to mess with for someone of Omen’s skillset. Omen can’t escape or enter salt circles though so… thats one side effect.

little fun fact about wbtw!omen and ater bcus why not: wbtw!omen's eyes were pure white and had a slight glow to them bcus the last thing he saw before he died the first time was the headlights of a train. they're made to vaguely resemble the lights

ater's eyes are pitch black and his eyesight is poor for a similar reason, but instead of taking on a form to resemble the lights, he was instead blinded by them

@fictive-explosion's wbtw au!Omen sketches and some of my headcanons for them because i'm invested already

since he can get into practically anywhere with ease, he tends to steal stuff from other people's houses

they have a huge sweet tooth, to the point where others have to protect their sweets in salt circles if they don't want them nabbed

hy can control what parts of hys body are invisible and what aren't (which is why hy doesn't have a hand in the one sketch). i imagine hy purposefully does the cheshire cat thing where hys eyes and grin are the last things to fade when hy fully disappears just to creep people out

since he can't enter Blu's room, he'll just stand outside the window and stare

expanding on that one a little bit, he'll often stand in people's peripheral vision and vanish whenever they try to look directly at him to make them paranoid

they can't float, and their wings are completely useless. however, they've found a way to make it look like they're floating when trapped in a salt circle by pressing up against the barriers with their back and feet

since hy's a ghost — or at the very least ghost-like — hy probably died in some way once, hence the sewn up tear over hys heart

For whatever reason, he likes being up high and will sit on counters, fridge tops, bookshelves, roofs, anything that elevates him. Malachi and Vex will often find things pushed off onto the floor because Omen wanted to sit on the countertop

hy is extremely light, even when hy's fully visible. anyone could easily scoop hymn up and chuck hymn across the room. that is, if hy doesn't vanish first
