The school decided to deal with the problem by forcing them into a frat to see how great frats are#Tuvok still spied on Chakotay#and Seska was still a spy for the Cardassians (rival frat - even worse)#Tuvok being part of a frat is so funny bc you KNOW his ass isn't showing up to a single party if he can help it#he joined because his father was in the fraternity
