This may not be the most perfect way to track my mock 5 & 1 plan, but I genuinely enjoy adding my own little extra touch! βœ¨πŸ“–πŸ’• ** STICKERS I HAVE ON MY JOURNAL ARE NOT INCLUDED! Those are just little print out cutouts for my own personal plan.
I originally designed this journal πŸ““ during my Optavia journey, and even now, I still find it incredibly useful! It includes sections for tracking vitamins πŸ’Š, habits 🌱, weight βš–οΈ, moods 😊😞, Lean & Green meals πŸ₯—, fuelings 🍫, sleep habits 😴, and calorie intake πŸ”’.
