The Delfoi offline robot programming (OLP) technology is the benchmark for fast, accurate and error-free programming of industrial robots which enables to increase robot utilization by over 90%. It finds applicability in:
- Welding applications in both continuous welding where welding methods are stored in a Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) database, and spot welding where spot weld coordinates are easily imported.
- Processing applications such as deburring, finishing, laser and plasma cutting, polishing, sanding, buffing and grinding by automatically generating cutting and tool paths.
- Coating, wet or powder painting applications by analyzing the surface quality and automatically generating paths.

Datentechnik Reitz hat mit #P3D eine neue Software entwickelt, welche den 3D Druck hinsichtlich eines Non Planaren Drucks erweitert. Somit sind nicht nur 2D Drucke möglich, sondern auch der Druck über mehrere Achsen. Zusätzlich ist es möglich das die Bearbeitungsteile deutlich grösser sind als auf normalen Druckern. Die Software unterstützt Roboter und Mehrachsen CNC Anlagen.
P3D kann als Add on für #Sprutcam und/oder #VisualComponents verwendet werden.
