A scrumptious food can also be made using left overs. Here is one easy recipe using leftover #chapathis. Kothu roti a sibling of kothu parota. Just chop some onions and tomotoes saute using some oil ,add a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste ,add the slices rotis toss them with a teaspoon of red chilis powder or green chilis, some leftover chicken curry pour them toss them well on medium high ,sprinkle with some coriander leaves you cannot find that this is made using rotis instead of parottas.
