Villa Capri II Pizza & Pasta - S Sparta Ave in Sparta, NJ

I stopped at Villa Capri with my daughter after we went to the eye doctor down the street and WOW was I blown away. Sussex County is notorious for having mediocre/bad pizza but Villa Capri proves that there are exceptions to rule. I absolutely loved the plain slice as it had the perfect blend of cheese and sauce and thin, tasty crust. The chicken bacon ranch was equally delicious (even if it looked a little weird) with another great blend of toppings and good crust. I went back more recently to try the buffalo chicken which wasn't quite as good (that bleu cheese is just too goopy) but still enjoyable. The best part of this place is the price. The two slices I got the first time were only $5.45 and the buff was $3.20 on its own. In this economy, those prices are hard to beat. I HIGHLY recommend checking this spot out if you're looking for some good Sussex pizza!

Amanda Jean Moses

Amanda Jean Moses, was born on April 15, 1992 in Orange, NJ. She was the daughter of Melvin and Cheryl Moses. Amanda Departed this life on December 8, 2024.

Amanda was a graduate of Elmer L. Meyers High School where she ran track as a long distance runner. She received her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from McCann School of Business and Technology. While pursuing her education, Amanda worked at St. Luke’s Villa as a Dietary Aid.   

Those that knew Amanda knew that she had a passion for cooking, dancing and long conversations, to truly know her was to love her. Amanda will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Amanda leaves to cherish her memory her son, Amare Fowler; her mother Cheryl; grandmothers: Geraldine Coleman and Helene Moses; five sisters: Stephanie, Monica, Sarah, Alice and Angela; one brother, Melvin; four nieces: Mecca, Jennifer, Madison, Mia;  four uncles: Arthur, Marvin, Warren, Mark; three aunts: Crystal, Wanda, Wendy; and numerous great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends are invited from 9:30AM to 10:30AM on Monday, December 16th at Hugh B. Hughes & Son, Inc. Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort.

Funeral service will be held following the viewing at 10:30 AM, with Pastor Dennis Gray, officiating. Interment will follow the service at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Wilkes-Barre.
