To bike somewhere makes me happy on a very fundamental level. There is something innate[ly] positive about the forward pedaling motion that makes it almost impossible to be in a bad mood and bike simultaneously. If the day starts out bad for whatever reason, that feeling can sometimes disappear just from getting on the bike. So compared to other modes of transportation, biking is very good for health, it's cheap, and great for our environment. And that is why this song is named 'Biking is Better'.
