Back at it again with my FOURTH year of artfight baybeee!!! Really excited and finally made my first banner thing for it :D

The characters in order are

1: Gloria - I love her! She's my lil AuDHD baby who's got some levitation powers and is spliced with a chameleon, hence her color changing spots!

2: Sage - I love them! They're my second Spidey OC and are super charismatic. They've got four arms and constantly have to hide them under a huge jacket but it's fine because they can at least be open about it at home :>

3: Sol - I love them too! They're a chaotic lil' fire magic user who's on the run with their apprentice. They're so cool and have a magic-regulating necklace because otherwise it can go haywire as they just got unlucky enough to have unstable magic.

4: Abbi - I love her! She's part of my comic The Shade and is part of the warlord's army. She's a Bright-Shade hybrid which actually makes her weaker than the average lumen. Due to her hybrid-ness, she's lived most her life surviving rather than living.

5: Aria - I love her too!! She's my first Spidey OC and she's got two extra eyes (hidden under her hair). She also has night vision and some other cool powers. She's super sweet and also horrified of spiders and I love her, she's awesome :3

6: Gwen - I love her too!!! She's also part of my comic The Shade and is one of the main characters. She's a Shade who got abandoned as a baby and taken in by humans, and poor girl's got so many abandonment issues because of it all. She's generally learning how to love both herself and find her place in the Lumen world. Please give her a hug she needs it

Either way I'm on team stardust this year and I'm so excited. If anyone wants to attack me go ahead!!! I always have so much fun during artfight and am very excited for this year's fight!

Saw the @artfight tumblr put up this meme some time ago and I felt compelled to follow along! I've been playing art fight for years and, aside from missing last year, it's always been the highlight of my year. I'm always striving to improve myself artistically and I get so excited to give gifts to strangers and friends. Here's my Art Fight journey from 2016-2022! And looking forward to playing again in 2024!

First attack: I drew this during team tech vs team magic! I had heard of art fight from some friends, but I didn't really understand the concept and was busy with some other stuff. I threw in a last second drawing that year to a random character I found on the site. It was only afterwards when the game was over that I realized how fun art fight was, and made sure to put a lot of effort during team sun and moon!

Latest attack: A last hurrah drawing I did against my sibling and a friend, <3. I was doing a chain against my sibling that year and we went (surprisingly) far on it LOL (Personally my longest chain I think...)

Most time consuming: I'm not very familiar with animation, but I wanted to try my hand at an animated attack! This took me obnoxiously long due to lack of experience, but the result was fun!

Most points earned: I dunno how I made it through this attack (as it was my first "mass attack"), but it came through in the end!! I still have fond memories of this drawing and being able to ninja swipe a bunch of my friends all at once, hehehe...

Favorite attack: Most of my attacks have the consequence of either being rushed or succumbing to the passage of time. So despite my initial happiness with a few of them, over time I begin to see the flaws in my execution. For SOME reason, this attack is one of the few that have stood the test of time for me. I love the cartoonish flow and how silly it is, and I still regularly use it in my art samples!!!

Howdy everybody!

it’s June! What! It was March yesterday I think,,,, urgurgh

But actually wait this is super exciting!! I’m out of my depressive slump which means I get to use the rest of June to prepare for artfight!

I’ll still be posting here, but it’ll be just my preparations + artfight attacks until August. I’ll be tagging everything with “Daffys Artfight 2023” so if you don’t want to see soooooo many skeletons and my cool swag characters than block that tag babey B)) and I’ll see you in August with more tf2!

And since I am very much developing a special interest with tf2, I’ll be doing attacks on tf2 ocs! If you want to attack me and draw my little meow meow Glider, than I’ll love you forever and ever and draw your little guy too teehee

Alrighty! Here’s the breakdown for this years artfight:

Until July 1st, I’ll be redesigning, updating, and writing my characters + (hopefully) posting about them on here! Also I’ll be bookmarking characters during this time, so send me your little guys during this time >B)

When the teams are decided I’ll make sure to use the templates that go along with it and finally edit my profile lol.

Every year for artfight, I do a mass attack with a bunch of skeleton characters! Last year was about 70, this year I’m planning to do 100 and actually finish it this time! As soon as artfight starts I’ll begin planning out my sketch and working on editing a nice little speedpaint for you all.

If I’m able too, I’d love to start a chain with someone and give my characters some friends! Last year I did one with Sam, my most littlest guy, and it was super fun!! (I’ve also got a lot more characters this year that I’ve been wanting to flesh out hehehe)

here’s some tf2 plans and progress for my ongoing projects

The tf2 horror thing I’ve been working on! Sure have been working on it! Most definitely my most bodacious dude. H. I’m just mainly struggling with the bigger meaning of it,, got the plot all done,,,, now gotta somehow make it anti-capitalist. I gotta go analyze some more horror stories,, gotta go back to the scp phase.

I absolutely adore the child mercs that people have come up with, so I wanted to try my hand at it! I’ve got a real fun story going on, and I’m involving the classic mercs! I’ve changed them up quite a bit though because they’re much younger in this, and teachers,, hehheheh. Basically I stuck them all in a summer camp,, imagine LumberJanes and Gravity Falls with tf2 humor. Kinda terrifying when I write it out

OOOOO IM ALMOST DONE WITH A REALLY COOL THING!!!! I just need to finishing a little bit of writing but I’m almost done with my take on a class swap! As far as I can remember it goes like this: Heavy is Medic, Medic is Heavy, Sniper is Scout, Scout is Sniper, Pyro is Demoman, Demoman is Pyro, Spy is Soldier, Soldier is Engineer, Engineer is Spy. GHHRGRRRRR IM SO FUCKING EXCITED

I have a lot more but I forgor because it’s 5am in the fucking evening what oh my god goodnight!!!!!!! SHIT,!!!!!

Hi, we havent talked in a while, we used to talk a lot on instagram but i dont use it anymore 💔 i miss talking to you but anyway thats not what im sending this ask for i just wanted to say youre really cool and i always liked talking to you and hearing about paramnesia, i only vaguely remember all the cool insider knowledge you gave me about the story back then and even though its probably changed by now it's very cool that you told me in the first place! It was fun swapping stories and sharing cool images with you and i never minded waiting till you were feeling well again to talk because it was always like WOAH MISKA BACK!! And its still like that when you post! I just havent talked to you again because im nervous and I wanna have something cool enough to talk to you about
