Oliver - Vector's adopted father, basically Fagin as a rat

Candle - A high ranking member of the wax moth army who ends up betraying his people to save Charmy and ally with the Chaotix

Dandruff - Candle's little brother, a little older than Charmy

Una - Mad eel lady with a hovercraft and a proper witch cackle laugh we love her, inspired by the Monty Python Hungarian Phrasebook sketch

Zee - Frankenstein's Monster style experiment of lots of things sewn together
