#it's so funny to me that one of the most popular nicknames for Vanitas is 'Van'#however for personal reasons i will never use it#(it's for a funny reason not an upsetting one dw LKDFS)#my vanitas is Vani 4ever and if you gain enough Vanitas Points your muse might be allowed to call him that#'how will i know when i have enough?' you won't :)#on a semi related note: vanitas himself isn't big on calling people by their names at all#usually he'll refer to someone by their title in a mocking tone#i.e. 'Master' is Aqua and/or Riku#'Princess' is Kairi#so on and so forth#Ven and Cineris are the only exceptions to this#but even then he'll usually refer to Ventus by full name#ooc;
