Hello friends aaj main aapke liye lekar I hun bahut hi aasan si recipe veg fried rice ki recipe yeh 2 minut mein Bankar taiyar Ho jaati hai hai aur isse banane ke liye aapko kisi bhi special ingredient ki jarurat nahin hai aap is recipe ko aaram se apne ghar per rakhe hue ingredients ke sath banaa sakte hain is banana bahut aasan hai aur yah fatafat vaise ban kar taiyar ho jaati hai is banane ke liye agr aap ko kuchh chijon ka dhyan rakhna hai kuch tips Ka dhyan rakhna hai hai jisse aapki fried rice ekadam restaurant style ya Street style fried rice ban kar taiyar ho jaaiyegi aap iss recipe ko zaroor try kariye aur apne ghar per banakar sabko khilai aur apne anubhav mere sath jarur share karen.

Ingredients:
Rice 1 bowl
Oil 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Water 1 glass
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion 1 fine chopped
Capsicum 1 fine chopped
Beans 1 cup fine chopped
Carrot 2 fine chopped
Schezwan fried rice masala 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Basil leaves/spring onion for garnishing
हेलो फ्रेंड्स आज मैं आपके लिए लेकर आई हूं वेज चाइनीस फ्राइड राइस की रेसिपी यह बहुत आसान है और 2 मिनट में बनकर तैयार हो जाती है इसको बनाने के लिए आपको किसी भी स्पेशल या खास इनग्रेडिएंट का जरूरत नहीं पड़ता है यह घर पर रखे इनग्रेडिएंट्स के साथ बहुत आसानी से बनकर तैयार हो जाती है इससे बनाते समय सिर्फ आपको कुछ चीजों का ध्यान रखना है जिससे आपके फ्राइड राइस एकदम खिले खिले और अलग-अलग बनकर तैयार हो जाएंगी जैसे कि
* चावल को सिर्फ 15 मिनट पानी मैं भिगोकर रखना है।
* चावल को हमें पूरा नहीं पकाना है सिर्फ 90% पकाना है।
* चावल को पकाते समय उसके 1-2 दाना हाथ में लेकर देखना है अगर आप का चावल दो तीन टुकड़ों में हो रहा है इसका मतलब अभी आपका चावल अच्छे से नहीं पका है और अगर आपका चावल आपकी उंगलियों के बीच गर्ल जा रहा है इसका मतलब आपका चावल अच्छे से पक कर तैयार है।
* चावल को पकाने के बाद आपको उससे एक प्लेट पर तेल लगाकर बिछा देना है ताकि आपके चावल अलग-अलग रहे और खिले खिले रहें।
* सब्जियों में चावल डालते समय आपको ध्यान रखना है कि आप थोड़ा थोड़ा करके उसमें चावल डालें और उन्हें हल्के हाथों से चलाएं।

The name itself is enough to make anyone drool :P That crunchy chicken coated with sauces and veggies is something you can enjoy anytime.AND this is so addictive :) One thing that is always on my mind whenever I go to some Chinese/ Indian restaurant is “Chilli Chicken” with Hakka Noodles. So this is something I can eat on every weekends :D Though to me it’s a little time consuming process yet easy to prepare and when the final result is soooo yummy then who thinks of the process :P
You can enjoy this chicken in rolls/ wraps and serve with mint-coriander chutney…Aaaahhhh, Tastes Heavenly! :) You must try this sometime at home.

Learn Step By Step Recipe With Pictures For Spicy Chilli Chicken | Fiery Chilli Chicken
Serves 2 or 3-4 (Depends upon your appetite ;) )
Ingredients:
For Chicken Marination
350 Gms small chicken pieces (boned/ boneless your choice)
1 Tsp black pepper powder
2 Tbsp red chili powder
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp red chilli sauce
4 Tbsp corn flour
3 Tbsp wheat flour
Salt as required
Oil for deep frying
For Sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tsp red chili powder
1 Tbsp red chili sauce
2 Tbsp tomato ketchup
1 Tsp corn flour
1/4 Tsp sugar
1 Tsp vinegar
2 Chopped garlic cloves
2 Chopped green chilies
1/4 Cup chopped spring onion
1/4 Cup cubed onion
1/4 Cup cubed green capsicum
1/4 Cup cubed red capsicum
Salt as required
Oil
Recipe:
Step 1- Marinade the chicken with the ingredients mentioned in the marination section and leave for 20mins
Step 2- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic for 10secs and then add the chopped veggies and fry them on high flame for 2mins
Step 3- In a bowl take 1tsp corn flour, salt, sugar, red chili powder, black pepper powder, red chili sauce, soy sauce and mix well and then add to the fried veggies. Again mix well with the veggies
Step 4- Add the fried chicken to the sauce and gently mix with spatula. Cook for 1-2mins the add vinegar and turn off the flame
Serve immediately to enjoy the crispness of chicken and garnish with some spring onion while serving
