Und was gehört traditionell zu den ersten guten Vorsätzen, die in die Tat umgesetzt werden? Na klar, die offizielle Verkündung der Dschungelcamper und -camperinnen! So gibt es nun einen weiteren Namen, der bestätigt wird. Drei Teilnehmer der 15. Staffel von "Ich bin ein Star - Holt mich hier raus!" stehen schon länger fest, nun hat RTL die nächste Kandidatin offiziell bestätigt: "Schauspielerin Tina Ruland wird die Reise nach Südafrika antreten." Damit tut es die 55-Jährige Modeschöpfer Harald Glööckler, Sänger Lucas Cordalis und "Dschungelshow"-Gewinner Filip Pavlovic gleich. Die gebürtige Kölnerin Tina Ruland feierte als Friseurin Uschi an der Seite von Til Schweiger im Kultfilm "Manta, Manta" (1991) ihren Durchbruch. Ein Erfolg war auch die Familienserie "Nicht von schlechten Eltern" (1993-1996), in der sie mit Sabine Postel, Ulrich Pleitgen und Patrick Bach zu sehen war. 2018 versuchte Ruland ihr Glück in der RTL-Show "Let's Dance", schied allerdings als Erste aus. "Ich bin nicht die Mutigste", gibt die Wahl-Berlinerin im Interview mit dem Sender zu. "Aber vielleicht wachse ich ja über mich hinaus." Eines steht für sie aber schon jetzt fest: "Ich will nicht die Camp-Mutti werden. Das überlasse ich Harald Glööckler". Von Australien nach Südafrika Nachdem es im vergangenen Jahr aufgrund der Pandemie nur eine "Dschungelshow" im Kölner TV-Studio gegeben hatte, geht es nun wieder in die freie Natur: Die neue Staffel von "Ich bin ein Star - Holt mich hier raus!" findet allerdings noch nicht wieder im australischen Bundesstaat New South Wales statt. Diesmal kämpfen die zwölf prominenten Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten stattdessen in der Nähe des Kruger-Nationalparks im Nordosten Südafrikas, dem größten Wildschutzgebiet des Landes, um gelbe Sterne und die Dschungelkrone. Die Moderation übernehmen wie gewohnt Sonja Zietlow und Daniel Hartwich. Aber auch Publikumsliebling Dr. Bob, der Arzt, dem die Promis vertrauen, ist mit von der Partie. "Ich bin ein Star - Holt mich hier raus!" läuft ab 21. Januar um 21.30 Uhr bei RTL. Das Finale findet am Samstag, 5. Februar, statt. Am 6. Merkel announced during a meeting with officials that she will not seek to run for re-election at the party’s convention in December. Mainz (ots) – Die ZDF-Korrespondenten Hans-Ulrich Gack und Luc Walpot erhalten den diesjährigen Hanns-Joachim-Friedrichs-Preis für Fernsehjournalismus. Die Jury verleiht die Auszeichnung 2017 an Journalisten, \“deren Berichte aus den Krisengebieten des Nahen Ostens und der Türkei die Nachrichtensendungen ihres Senders seit vielen Monaten prägen\“.

ZDF-Chefredakteur Dr. Peter Frey: \“Ich freue mich sehr, dass mit Hans-Ulrich Gack und Luc Walpot zwei herausragende ZDF-Korrespondenten ausgezeichnet werden. Sie zeigen die Wirklichkeit von Krieg und Krisen mit unverstelltem Blick. Mit großem persönlichem Einsatz halten sie auch widrigen Arbeitsbedingungen stand. Ihre Berichte helfen in diesen unübersichtlichen Zeiten, die Ursachen, zum Beispiel der Flüchtlingskrise oder der Konflikte um Wahlkampfauftritte türkischer Politiker, besser zu verstehen.\“

Trotz der starken Einschränkung ihrer Arbeit durch staatliche Behörden, durch Militärs und Terrororganisationen und trotz der oftmals lebensgefährlichen Arbeitsbedingungen lieferten Gack und Walpot herausragende Fernsehberichte und Analysen. Ihre Berichterstattung sei auf Fakten und deren Auswirkung auf Menschen konzentriert, heißt es in der Jurybegründung weiter. Mit ihrer Distanz zu Kriegs- und Krisenparteien und ihrer konsequenten Weigerung, sich mit vordergründigen und schnellen Wahrheiten zufrieden zu geben, trügen sie zur Glaubwürdigkeit des Nachrichtenjournalismus bei.

Hans-Ulrich Gack, geboren 1957, ist seit 1990 Mitarbeiter des ZDF, unter anderem als Redakteur im Landesstudio Rheinland-Pfalz, beim Magazin \“Frontal 21\“, im \“heute-journal\“ und im Reporter-Pool des ZDF. Seit 2000 berichtet er für das ZDF aus Krisengebieten, unter anderem 13 Jahre aus Afghanistan. Seit September 2015 leitet Uli Gack das ZDF-Studio in Kairo.

Luc Walpot, geboren 1959, arbeitet seit 1997 für das ZDF, zunächst als Redakteur und Reporter des \“ZDF-Morgenmagazins\“, dann berichtete er für die Hauptredaktion Aktuelles aus den Studios Washington, Paris, Brüssel, Moskau, Tel Aviv und aus dem ehemaligen Jugoslawien. Walpot leitete von 2001 bis 2008 das ZDF-Studio in Kairo, war von 2009 bis 2011 Redaktionsleiter \“heute\“ und steht seit Januar 2012 dem ZDF-Korrespondentenbüro in Istanbul vor.

Neben den ZDF-Journalisten Gack und Walpot erhält Frederic Pleitgen, CNN, einen Hanns-Joachim-Friedrichs-Preis. Mit dem Sonderpreis werden die WDR-Journalistin Isabel Schayani und ihre Redaktion \“WDRforyou\“ ausgezeichnet – für außergewöhnliche Fernseh- und Onlineprogramme zur Migration und Integration von Flüchtlingen.
