Listening to R U Talkin’ REM Re: Me? is interesting because, unlike a lot of people who listened to UTU2TM, I was actually a pretty huge U2 fan growing up and know those albums really well and have lots of opinions about them. Whereas, while I like a handful of R.E.M. songs, I’m mostly ambivalent on the band as a whole. So now I’m finding out what it was like for everyone else to listen to UTU2TM

one of my many favorite moments in U Talkin’ U2 To Me is when Adam Scott tries to make a joke about Oliver Stone and he haltingly calls him “that... conspiracy... filmmaker” because it shows that Adam Scott, a Hollywood actor and producer, has only the vaguest idea of who Oliver Stone is

Adam has wanted the most people possible to be able to listen to the show (even though they don't), and that means a free, ad-supported show. He and I have turned down various offers of money to window it or have it be behind a paywall. And he can afford to do that because he's a hot Hollywood actor ("Torque"). So Earwolf has been nice about producing that show despite it not selling very many ads.  -SA
