#goose.txt#got hit by a random wave of anxiety and now i feel shitty#my hands r sorta shaky and im rly nauseous :[[[[[#was gonna try and eat something but now everything sounds awful#my mom keeps talking abt getting me therapy but i can tell by the say she says it that its not gonna happen soon#also i was chewing on my shirt earlier bc of my anxiety and when i talked to my mom my collar was still wet#so i mentioned it and she sorta called me a freak and even if it was a joke it was very unpog#real unepic moments from my mom there#but my friend just asked if i wanted to play some games so hopefully i can distract myself for a bit :)#alright im going to be a gamer now. bye bye.
