I’ve just completed one of those annoying and necessary but not urgent tasks that’s been hanging out on my to do list for three years. And yes, it only took 22 minutes to resolve, but it was the most annoying 22 minutes of my life, which is exactly why I’d been putting it off.

Yes, I’m getting the paper statements. No, this account was set up by my ex-husband.
