This is Qi Rong's head getting based in the TGCF Audio drama. (Qi Rong is much more unhinged in the revised version )

Quick summary of the events happening before this scene in the revised version:- Xie Lian got transported into the Royal Mousalem while trying to find Lang Qianqiu. Since Xie Lian is one who led to the downfall of his kingdom , he was constantly feeling weak and coughing up blood and LQQ got transported there too and since he is from the enemy kingdom of Xianle his powers got weakened too. They were both chained up by Qi Rong and Qi Rong was basically provoking LQQ into torturing Xie Lian, but as soon as Xie Lian saw the sword LQQ wanted to stab him with (which is Fang Xin) he immediately said that he will stab himself and LQQ doesn't need to do it. So he stabbed himself and right at that moment Hua Cheng arrived.
