The new magazine was the birth child of Matthias Vriens-McGrath, the Dutch born professional fashion photographer known for his provocative and often risqué images. Matthias’ CV didn’t end at photography. In 1999 he was named as the Creative Director of Giorgio Armani and a year later, the Senior Art Director of the Gucci Group.
