I've been seeing some posts about Turkey's military operations on northern Syria aka Turkey- Syria border. First I want to make it clear to you guys that there is no place called kurdistan *gasp* because you cannot simply separate people into different ethnic groups in any middle east county. We all have mixed blood here which blurs the line between races so I wonder what are you guys are 'crying' about. When we say Turkish we don't mean it as pure blooded Turk, we mean it as a person who was born in Turkey. Ataturk settled that fact about hundred years ago.

Considering the operations, I think people should be more careful about which source they're going to rely on. Both yesterday and today, reporters from local media got attacked by terrorist snipers, while on live. You can check that here.

And Turkey doing mass killings? What a joke! Check this video where the reporter asks this person who is obviously carrying a gun *another gasp* why he is wearing civilian clothes and he answers Turkish soldiers won't attack civilians, they only attack if they're in their respective terrorist uniforms.

And why is Turkey carrying out this mission? No one ever listens Erdogan's words until he gets to the action, but no one ever listens whatever he has to say then either. He has been telling over and over again that we need a clean (free of Esad's, pkk-ypg, isis and other terrorist groups' forces) area in Syria so that it will both ensure the safety of Turkey's southern border *wow we're actually directly threatened by terrorist activities, bummer* and it will prevent another wave of refugees. Because let's be honest, we all want to help them(!) But hey, no one cares where they are as long as it's not their country- except Turkey where there are more than 4 million Syrians are residing. So Erdogan suggests that we create a clean area for these people because it's in our responsibility as the rest of the world, and provide them with basic social services there so that you know, they can live in peace? Please listen at least one of President Erdogan's UN speeches- he may become your new dream freedom fighter who actually fights for, yknow, freedom of those in need!

I'm asking you guys to be more careful about what to believe and spread online. Please listen to what these people have to say, almost all of them are Kurdish. Terrorist groups kidnapped their children and relatives. And those few who are not Kurdish are families of Turkish soldiers or policemen who got kidnapped as well, and had not been returned to their families.

Pkk terrorism is no joke. Please check the bomber attacks that have happened last 6 years in Turkey. Lots of civilians died in Turkey. Not in some imaginary place called kurdistan.

So I will let this post sit on my dash because I care about Syrians. I won't be turning blind eye to these people who cannot live in their own country, forced to flee across the ocean, watch their children drown while trying to go somewhere 'safe' even though they know they're not welcomed. I won't ignore these Turkish and Kurdish parents, whose hearts are on fire because of this goddamn terrorist organisations.
