Back again with another build from yours truly. As a fellow book girly I wanted to recreate the popular bookstore in my game. Modeled after the B&N location at Union Square in New York, this lot is situated on a 30x30 lot in San Myshuno and comes with three levels.

I'm so excited for the new ep so I'm building a lot of apartment complex. I had this idea of some skyline apartments and with a debug build I created this beautiful apartments :)

hey guys!

i was recently watching the seasons trailer again, and this one seasons holiday trailer showed some sort of festival park in the beginning of the video, which made me wish we got seasonal festivals with the pack, just like how we did in the sims 3. then i thought, what is stopping me from creating my own versions of all the festivals! so here they are, feel free to download them to use in your own game too, i would love to see!!:)

i tried to limit packs, the ones you need are seasons, get together and growing together (oh and i used a fountain from romantic garden, the photo booth from high school years and pumpkin carving stations from spooky stuff!)

Timeless Bayside Rental

I've been into the Coastal/New England aesthetic lately and with the help of Pinterest, I was inspired to try my hand at creating a Nantucket/Cape Cod build of my own.

This Bayside rental is situated on the 30x30 lot on the private island in Brindelton Bay. The property once belonged to the lighthouse keeper and after heavy renovations, it is now a spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath vacation spot fit for your sims. This lot offers it's visitors peace and quite with the opportunity to explore the lighthouse and surrounding establishments.
