Our media does it again I do believe. Other then telling another lie and trying to shed a different color of light on the facts regarding our Executive Branch, they may well of put each of us in grave danger. While President Trump has repeatedly said that updating the U.S. nuclear arsenal must be a priority in our modern age, at no time did the Commander in Chief ever insinuate that he was hoping to increase the number of atomic devices at his disposal.  Seeing as the world, and the U.S. in particular, maintains more than enough of these weapons to eliminate any threat on the entire planet, the President’s push for preventative maintenance seems like a perfectly acceptable concern. NBC and CNN, however, in hopes of stoking the fires of the liberal “resistance” to the President, reported days ago that Donald Trump was looking to increase the size, scope, and destructive capability of the nation’s nuclear arsenal – a piece of fake news that has reverberated around the nation and the globe at a time in which the United States faces a number of unique and unprecedented threats. Given the recent altercations between the United States and North Korea, who themselves have recently flaunted their nuclear advancements, NBC’s bizarre choice to air such blatant falsehoods could be construed as a serious threat to the stability of the national defense structure. Should the world at large pick up these sort of fake news reports and interpret them as genuine, it stands to reckon that nations such as North Korea and Russia would look to increase their own stockpile of atomic weapons as well, leading to another dangerous standoff between some of the world’s most dangerous arsenals.   NBC may very well have put the American people in grave danger with their asinine attempts to disparage the President and sell advertising through salacious headlines. So this work out is designed to feel how George Floyd felt when he died

And there's an outrage

So seeing the sign without explanation my response was "weird" I wasn't offended. Obviously I didn't know everything and I was watching TMZ so I was waiting for the explanation

TMZ can 've critical but more so theyre sensitive.

Tonight, I can tell life right now is taking a toll on the two main hosts.

And so the response is negative and all over social media it is offended.

Now I want to know what is different between this and the ACL challenge?

Now the Cross fit CEO had to step down for his tweets but this is supposed to come from Fitness Anytime

So remember the ACL challenge was to dump a bucket of ice water on the self to feel the response of an ACL patient.

Me? I'm gonna be all exercising like that and i don't wanna feel what he felt.

But so much of what i preach about is putting ourselves in each other's shoes.

And so i do have a different opinion than the opinions stated which isn't bad nor good. I just don't see it as bad.

I feel it's a creative workout and it does have the ability to honor George Floyd.

At the same time, im neutral on the offense of the issue. However i see the positive potential.

And i don't think anyone is right or wrong but i think we should see how the majority feels and how our political stance is and see the true value of that information.

We may see many blue lives matter out number this work out in support of it -- realize that many cops and military do work out. And they are doing reform and realize not ALL cops are bastards.

Lets do a definition real quick to define ignorance -- a bastard means someone born out of wedlock. With that definition it means that cops would be at a disadvantage to start with.

And to be honest cops are faced with just as much prejudice but different. I'm afraid of cops. I get scared and i have to calm myself down. And it's because I've seen cops do bad shit and. I have to remind myself im a white person. Not woman cause that makes me scared, too. A white person. And it's hard on me sometimes i go off and im all doesn't matter I'm,clean they can plant drugs and lie and no one will believe me!! And sometimes I'm already in tears before they even get to my window because im so scared.

So. I thank God everyday the cops in New Mexico know me and are on my side. Because i am terrified.

And sometimes I'll go as far to say i hate cops. And man i tear the FBI apart. So yeah. They get their share of shit.

I'm not defending all.

Some I want to kill because they deserve it because their types are who caused me to be so fearful. And disrespectful.

And I've taken 20 years to work diligently on it. Like in said lucky me my cops around me are actually good.

So this exercise challenge?

Is it worth the upset or is it something we can say those gym bunnies can do or may be I'll try my own exercise at home and just have that moment alone to put myself in others shoes?

Now the big risk is the danger and this could be the disgust, so many people have died from over exercising and this is designed to purposely cause loss of breath so intense you'll at least pass out

So it's more like the tide pod challenge.

So let's add #tidepod or #ACL to your vote. Now if you're nuetueal or concerned for safety you can vote both.

If you do!! Decide to do a challenge like this: hydrate and rest and realize if you don't normally exercise you will be extremely sore after!!!

Personally no way in Hell would i do this. I love George Floyd I think he's a beautiful man in many ways. But no thanks.

Big year elections! Let's pitch the bums that are not voting in OUR best interest!

This is the year to vote out all the losers who aren't voting on OUR behalf. Regardless of political party, we need to vote out the losers who favor the big corporations, insurance companies, utilities, home entertainment companies, etc. over us! And, don't vote for someone just because they have ONE of your interests on their agenda!  Look at ALL they stand for! Better to sway someone who has our back toward your interests than to have some loser in office who is undermining our society while working hard for one special interest.
