#1793 - Bobilla sp.
Tumblr media
Found near water, in bushland, in the Ambergate Reseve near Busselton. This one is a female.
Trigonidiid crickets in this genus are found across Australia and various Pacific islands, but they don’t seem to be very closely studied. One species found in alpine Tasmania is known to live for a few years, overwintering as eggs, nymphs, and adults over subsequent years.
