Ministerul Afacerilor Interne (București) Ministry of Internal Affairs ❏❐❏❐❏❐❏❐❏❐❏❐❏❐❏❐❏❐❏❐❏❐❏❐ El dictador rumano Nicolae Ceausescu apareció en el balcón del edificio del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de Rumania, en Bucarest, el 21 de diciembre de 1989, y comenzó como lo había hecho en años anteriores, con un discurso cargado con el habitual "lenguaje de madera". Sin embargo, había malinterpretado el ánimo de la multitud. Sólo las primeras filas apoyaron a Ceausescu con aplausos, y la mayoría de la multitud permaneció impasible. Ocho minutos después del discurso, algunos en la multitud empezaron a gritar porque había un tiroteo que ocurrió en el fondo. Después de que mucha gente comenzara a salir de la plaza, Nicolae y Elena Ceausescu gritaron sobre el sistema de direcciones públicas para que "permanezcan sentadas". Nicolae luego trató de aplacar a la multitud ofreciendo aumentar los salarios de los trabajadores y las becas estudiantiles. Sin embargo, no se dio cuenta de que una revolución estaba empezando justo ante sus ojos. Su guardia de seguridad apareció y, finalmente, empujó a Ceausescu fuera del balcón. En ese mismo momento, muchos rumanos comunes y corrientes vieron la debilidad del régimen de Ceausescu por primera vez.                                     Mosna Fortified Church

Mosna is a very rich commune from the southern Transylvania region. In the village, we find one of the most beautiful fortified churches in Tarnave region. The construction belongs to the famous stonemason Andreas Lapicida from Sibiu. The fortification walls had a height of 9 meters at the construction time and described a rectangular path. The imposing chancel, the monograms on the keystones, the tabernacle with a height of 11.05 m and the pulpit are some of the elements, that will certainly arouse your interest and they will remind about the greatness of this Church from the past centuries. En esta iglesia, todos los reyes de Valaquia fueron coronados aquí hasta 1842. Durante el comunismo se erigieron muchos edificios grandes alrededor de la iglesia, ubicándola en un patio propio para ponerla fuera de la vista de la población en general.
