Ok this is a bit of an odd one, the Japanese subsidiary of Topps made a trading card set for the 60th anniversary. It includes a collection of manga illustrations, full body photo cards of the stage play cast (and the not cursed Ivan doll), and a final set of portrait cards of the actors as well. For some reason I can't seem to access the Japanese site so pricing and other details are beyond me. 7/21 EDIT: As it turns out the cards all sold as box sets of 22 cards. The first 20 are pictured above but there are a pair of special bonus cards as well. There is also a chance to win one random signed card by Hiroki Nanami or artist Mayumi Seto that would be sent separate from the boxed set. Retail price for the set is 8,800 yen or around $56 USD and so far looks to only be sold through https://jp.topps.com/. Please note the site linked redirects me to the american branch so I am not sure if this works internationally.
