When did Tords obsession with Tom begin? (For regimen)

Hmm, well, his earliest “symptomatic” obsession with Tom started during their teenage years.

Like I mostly implied in the fic, Tord has always been fascinated with Tom, largely because Tom can somehow always see him behind whatever facade he puts up. Something not a lot of people are able to do. He’s been pushing at him for years, but Tom has never fallen for his baiting, aside from instances where he irritated him enough.

It’s all very very fascinating.
