East to West Of Haryana

So, my friends tell me, while writing, I link anything with anything. Means I can start from the east and land up in the west in a matter of few paragraphs. On this point, I am sure I can even compete with our dear PM(he flies from east to west in a matter of hours).So, Iet me also give it a shot.

When I think of East, first name that comes to my mind is Japan( Modi’s fav friends). With elections hovering over us, lets move closer to home to the 4 haryanas( North, South, East n West) in Haryana.

The Gurgaon- Faridabad zone is economically strongest( with MNC’s and industrial units creating employment and money for all), the second belt is the the Sonipat- Rohtak-Jhajhar – Rewari belt, which is Jat specific belt( they create havoc for all). The panchkula-ambala –yamunagar belt is which I like to call the always developing  yet never fully developed belt( It doesn’t have Patriarchal -Jat influence nor is it economically strong as Gurgaon belt). Then there is agri specific belt of Sirsa.

Let’s have an eagle’s view of these 4 belts. Had you flown over these belts 5 years ago, you would have seen a diff version to the one you would see today. In the gurgaon side many more high rise glass building would have sprung up, WPE would also be visible now, spiralling around Delhi like a multi lane long snake. But everything would appear hazy because of terrible air quality. Many times my friends question me, as to why I don’t move towards NCR, my answer is I would one day, if I want to die of lung/throat cancer.

Then, you come to the Jat belt which I also refer to as spat belt. This belt has seen maximum agitations and also this is the only belt in entire universe which feels privileged being labelled backwards. There is a rohtak- rewari highway which was made few years back, but i find it strange that development is yet to touch nearby villages. Moreover had any development happened here, it would have been burnt to ground during riots, so why spend time and money on making something when it will be converted to ashes under the name of reservation system.

Do I need to say anything about the agri belt? Havn’t the rising suicides by farmers and all the promises in the manifesto 2014 been long blown away with the wind? The last belt is the semi developed pkl belt, we are a peace loving belt, just  minor hiccups have happened, like the planning to blow whole pkl is done by the followers of a baba ji.

I don’t need to be a psephologist( one who studies election trends) to know that the current govt has done everything to ruin our state, whether its the rising crime against women or the promises not being fulfilled for anganwadi workers, this govt has failed on every front terribly.

I may have been able to travel from east to west of Haryana but what I see is a pity state of affairs which will change only with the change in govt.

One more Army man, Navin alias Nikku, involved in the much sensational Rewari gang rape case has been arrested from Ganjam in Odisha, police said today. He is the fourth accused in the case.According to sourcers, a special team of the Haryana police arrested Nikku from an army training centre in Gopalpur of Ganjam district.He had joined the army six months ago and was undergoing training at Army Air Defence (AAD) training centre at Gopalpur.He was produced before the duty magistrate where he was ordered to be sent to police remand for 10 days.Navin was present near the tube well where the crime was committed and was on leave from training when the gang rape took place.Earlier, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) had arrested prime accused Nishu, Army jawan Pankaj and his friend Manish on September 23 in connection with the case.On September 12, Nishu, along with Pankaj and Manish, allegedly abducted, drugged and gang-raped the 19-year-old girl when she was on her way to coaching classes at Mahendergarh’s Kanina in Haryana.The Odisha Sun Times Bureau : 26th. Panchkula, Gurugram Police Commissioners among 8 IPS transferred

The Haryana government today issued transfer and posting orders of eight IPS officers, including the Police Commissioners of Panchkula and Gurugram, with immediate effect.

A S Chawla, the Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, with additional charge of Inspector General, Law and Order, has been posted as Additional Director General of Police, Telecommunications, with additional charge of ADGP, Community Policing, an official release said.

Charu Bali, the Inspector General in State Vigilance Bureau, will be the new Panchkula Police Commissioner.

Navdeep Singh Virk, who was the Inspector General of Police, Rohtak Range, with additional charge of Inspector General of Police, Police Training Centre, Sunaria, Rohtak has been posted as Inspector General of Police, Karnal Range.

Gurgaon Police Commissioner Sandeep Khirwar has been posted as Inspector General of Police, Rohtak Range, the release said, adding K K Rao, the Inspector General of Police, Indian Reserve Battalion, Bhondsi has been posted as Gurgaon Police Commissioner.

Srikant Jadhav, the Inspector General of Police, State Crime Record Bureau, Madhuban with additional charge of Secretary, Haryana Gau Sewa Ayog and additional charge of Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Madhuban has been posted as Inspector General of Police, South Range, Rewari with additional charge of Secretary, Haryana Gau Sewa Ayog.

C S Rao, Inspector General, South Range, Rewari has been posted as Inspector General, Indian Reserve Battalion, Bhondsi, the release said, adding Subhash Yadav, Inspector General of Police, Karnal Range, Karnal has been psoted as Inspector General, State Vigilance Bureau.
