Toby sat cross-legged on the edge of the bed, his ever-present tic making his head jerk slightly to the side every few seconds. He couldn’t care less about his tics at the moment, as he focused entirely on the person in front of him—you.

You’d just finished telling him about your recent adventure: getting nipple piercings. He wasn’t sure whether he was more impressed by your bravery or turned on by the idea itself. His lips twitched, caught between a smirk and a curious frown.

“Wait, so you just... sat there? And let someone stab metal through you?” he asked, voice laced with disbelief and fascination.

You chuckled, shrugging. “It wasn’t as bad as you’d think. The adrenaline kicks in, and then it’s over before you know it.”

“Adrenaline,” Toby echoed, as if testing the word. His fingers fidgeted with the hem of his hoodie. “Sounds painful.”

“Not really. It’s kind of... empowering, y’know? Like a secret only I can feel.” You leaned closer, grinning. “Besides, it’s not that different from the scars you wear so proudly.”

Toby’s hand shot up to his collarbone instinctively, brushing over the jagged lines that etched his skin—a roadmap of his past struggles and victories. “Yeah, but scars aren’t exactly a choice,” he muttered.

“Exactly,” you said softly. “This was. It’s like... reclaiming your body, in a way.”

His brown eyes narrowed, studying you intently. “Reclaiming, huh?” He tilted his head, the movement sharper than he intended, but his curiosity outweighed his self-consciousness. “Show me.”

Your cheeks flushed, but the playful glint in his eyes made you laugh. “Toby!”

“What? You just gave this whole speech about empowerment, and now you’re shy?” He grinned mischievously, leaning forward on his hands. “Come on, babe. Don’t leave me hanging.” He teased, followed by a tic that kind of sounded like a hiccup.

With a roll of your eyes, you pulled your shirt up just enough to reveal the shiny metal bars through your skin. Toby’s teasing expression shifted instantly into something deeper—an odd mix of admiration and wonder.

“Whoa,” he breathed, leaning in to get a closer look. He didn’t touch, as if the piercings were some sacred art he wasn’t worthy of disturbing. “That’s... actually really cool.”

You smirked, pulling your shirt back down. “Told you.”

For a moment, he was silent, his tics unusually subdued as he mulled something over. Then, he blurted out, “Let me see ‘em again.” You jerked your head and chuckled. “Again? Really?”  He nodded, followed by a jerk of his head and a sniffle. His hand quickly reached to graze your arm before he quickly set it down. Albeit because of his tics, of course.

“But this time, the shirt goes all the way off, and stays off and I have—umph—you on the bed?” He smiled cheekily.

This ain’t the best but I’m just a chill guy who’s getting whipped by some exams coming up 😔

TOBÍAS EN LA BARRA

A ver, que yo tengo mucho qué compartir para el día de hoy. Yo empecé en el rol sin intenciones de tener una ship el sacrilegio, me dirán.

¡En serio! No encontraba sentido a rolear una pareja. ¿Qué era lo interesante? ¿Para qué? Si ya me iba mal en el amor, pues a mis PJs también. Ándale.

Pero un taquero llamado Ariakas llegó a mi vida. Y fue bastante random cómo pasé de "ew, ships" a "poR FAVOR, TIENEN QUE SER SHIP".

Resulta que ambos éramos relativamente nuevos (creo solo llevábamos un mes) en el foro. Yo llevaba un personaje femenino, y él un PJ masculino. Y necesitábamos rol. Fue de "bueno, pues a darle".

Y en un principio sería una relación mentora-alumno... Hasta que roleamos.

Estos hijos de su tostada de moVÍAN SOLOS. Lo que se supone iba a ser una relación de odio, pero respeto, terminó siendo el amorío más tóxico que he visto en toda mi vida. ¡Lo juro!

Claro, también debe de haber cierta química entre users. Que si no existe esa sinergía entre ambos, los personajes simplemente no fluyen.

Ariakas me sacó del pozo de "no ships", y me volví la shipper número uno de personajes. Ironías de la vida.

¿De dónde nace "Dos de rol con todo, por favor"?

¿A quién no le gusta el rol?

Obviamente a los que no están leyendo esto, porque las etiquetas son obvias

Este Tumblr nace por la pasión del rol de ambos colabores (AriakasINTJBoss y TobíasENFPanada), quienes comparten experiencias y vivencia entre sí de lo que es el rol para cada uno.

Mientras que Ariakas es experimentado en el rol de mesa y en los LARP (que próximamente tendremos información referente a ambos, ¡no desesperen!), Tobías se crio en el rol narrativo en Internet. Y esa soy yo.

Verán: recuerdo un lejano 2010, aproximadamente, en donde el rol había llegado a diversas plataformas. Sé que sus inicios fue (en Latinoamérica, por lo menos) en Messenger. Pero ahí no fue donde tuve un primer contacto del mismo. ¿Recuerdan Habbo, de casualidad? Mover el personaje y escribir a la velocidad de la luz mis acciones era lo que me motivaba a terminar con mis tareas y pendientes para enfrascarme en la computadora con gusto.

Sinceramente, no sé si fue primero eso, o fue Facebook. Pero ahí también tuve mi paso. Conocí a personas maravillas que, para el día de hoy, no tengo contacto. Pero sí me llevo el gran recuerdo de utilizar sprites de Danganronpa y utilizarlos como las reacciones de mis personajes.

Tener esos recuerdos (además de los foros, pero ese será un tema para después) es algo que me motiva en mi día a día. Soy una soñadora emprendida, y me encanta poder no solo crear recuerdos propios; sino también ayudar a otros a que tengan sus propios recuerdos. A que experimenten, disfruten de este hobby, y puedan crecer con la calma de que no malgastaron ni un segundo frente a una pantalla.

Para mí, "Dos de rol con todo, por favor" nace de ese deseo propio de ayudar a la comunidad de rol hispano a crear sus propios recuerdos. Es por ello que los memes salen como orden recién fileteada del trompo para ustedes, y tenemos nuestra libreta para cumplir con las órdenes de tacos (las promociones de foros y búsquedas, si no ha quedado claro) que a nuestros clientes (ustedes, queridos lectores) los atrae a nuestro puesto.
