How differently do they think of each other now compared to when they first met?

At first, Vidia was intimidated by Tinkerbell. ( I know that the movie didn’t go too much into this but the brightness of the object corresponds with how powerful the talent runs in a fairy and the last person to shine super bright like that was Vidia and Tinkerbell shone even brighter than she did. This is the reason that the books give for Vidia to hate Tink.) Tinkerbell is immediately attracted to Vidia after meeting her but Vidia wants to write her off and goes so far as to even mock tinkering as a talent. However, as we see over the course of the movies, they grow close as friends and trust and love each other very much.  

Also Vidia thinks Tink’s tenacity is cute.

What do their friends/family think of their relationship?

Their friends are confused at first except for Silvermist who claims that she knew it all along. Some of them don’t trust Vidia with Tink, especially Iridessa after Vidia was so cruel to her before but as they continue to be together everyone accepts it and appreciates the changes it initiates in Vidia.

How do their personalities/skills complement or contrast with each other?

Vidia and Tinkerbell are both very competitive and feel a deep seated need to prove themselves to those around them. This leads to a number of problems throughout the series but also, I would say that after/during The Great Fairy Rescue, they have stopped trying to prove themselves to each other and have grown to respect each other complicity. Both of them are incredibly independent but both of them help the other to trust and rely on their friends' inputs.  

What is their favorite aspect of each other?

Vidia loves that Tinkerbell never gives up no matter how much she makes fun of her. Tinkerbell both loves and hates that Vidia is always so confident in herself, even when she is completely wrong.

Do either of them have pet peeves about each other?

Vidia hates how reckless Tink can be and Tink hates how pretentious and arrogant Vidia can be.

How would each reconcile with each other after a fight?

These are the two friends that you always end up hearing about arguments even when you don’t want to. They talk about each other behind the other’s back all the time until they’ve reached a conclusion about how to proceed. It annoys their friends to constantly be mediating their relationship but also provides gossip and drama, which occasionally Rosetta enjoys as a guilty pleasure.  They actually have surprisingly few large arguments which end up being shouted out and when they are they generally figure out solutions fairly quickly.

What would be their ideal vacation getaway together?

Fairy society doesn’t really allow much for vacations, their jobs are making nature go for Pete's sake, but Vidia would like to take a restful stay-cation with lots of cuddles in which they don’t tell anyone that they haven’t left, and Tinkerbell agrees, mostly because she wants to spend some time without any official duties to work on inventions.

Think of a new way (AU, different situation, etc.) they could have met for the first time.

Human AU: Vidia is a spoiled wealthy college student in on a track scholarship who is struggling with her classes, and Tinkerbell is the campus handy-man who is a selftaught brilliant engineer.  Vidia learns to respect Tink and Tink helps Vidia with her self esteem issues and to leave school to do something she actually enjoys.
