okay random ask for you: which characters from the daredevil comics and star wars universe would be friends? or who would hate each other?

one of the scenarios i love thinking about is how jyn and matt would actually vibe on a level at the beginning, but then matt would completely piss her off, and that scenario would end with him getting thrown into the dumpster, lmao. i think, meanwhile, she and elektra would really understand each other, and that could actually have the potential to form a connection. all the villains would be an absolute no, people like foggy or kirsten mcduffie are too normal for her and let's be honest, a lot of star wars characters.

i think about cassian and elektra getting along too, and, well, tangentially daredevil comics, but i could also see him having an understanding with frank castle. throwing him and matt together would be hilarious by which i mean it wouldn't go well — in a very entertaining way.

probably one of the best combinations of all: matt and chirrut, elektra and chirrut. imagine if they had chirrut as their trainer/mentor instead of stick!

leia and kirsten? best friends forever. argue about everything for fun while they go out for brunch. leia and... honestly any of the lawyer characters, let them all have an argumentative go around, they'd have so much fun.

it'd be interesting to put matt with some of the jedi masters, too, like qui-gon or sol.

and how could i forget anakin in this character mashup, or now with the acolyte we can add mae and osha, interacting with especially matt, elektra, or frank, all people dealing with their anger in various ways! it would be interesting!

this song really feels like tifa pov after aerith’s death. I strongly associate this with my aerti week day 5 idea, where tifa’s holding on to good memories with aerith

😺 An animal related headcanon

Hmm, let’s see…I think that Calliope deserves a BIG-ASS DOG. Like, a giant, gorgeous, absolute sweetheart of a collie or shepherd. Big brown eyes full of love for her. The dog keeps trying to sing along with her and it makes Calliope laugh like nothing else.

💝 A headcanon about their love language

Calliope understands the value of being silent with one another! When Orpheus was a teenager, he wouldn’t always know how to or want to express whatever turmoil he was going through out loud, but he’d just sort of linger around her while she’d do her work, and Calliope wouldn’t push him or try to force him to talk. She’d touch him lightly on the shoulder and keep doing what she was doing, just letting him be comforted by her presence.

Patrick tries to work up the nerve to finally talk to the guy he’s been infatuated with who frequents the same coffee shop as him. So far, due to many series of events that were (mostly) not his fault, each time he tries, he’s only manages to say hi. But Patrick will say more than one word to this gorgeous man if it’s the last thing he does.

16: Least favourite film adaptation?

Out of the ones I've watched, P&P 2005. I'm sorry, I know this is very divisive, I think it's a solidly OK movie but a terrible adaptation because it doesn't get the spirit of the book at all. I think their problems started when they gave it to a director who wasn't previously familiar with Austen at all, like I think he then read and enjoyed it but I'm sure there are loads of directors who would have killed for the opportunity and done a lot more justice to the original.

Honorary mention to Persuasion 2022, which I flatly refuse to watch.

17: Moment that made you sad/cry

Oh gosh this is a hard one but I think maybe all the times Anne's family treat her like crap, also I found Lady Susan a really hard read because of how genuinely awful she is to her daughter. Like I know it's meant to be humorous but it just sort of hit a nerve for me. Maybe also the bit where Sir Thomas sends Fanny back to Portsmouth essentially as a "let her see how good she has it here" and to essentially coerce her into accepting Henry, like the poor girl has been downtrodden all her life and she's now getting let down by all the people who had treated her well before. I guess it's the same idea of "I know better than you what you need/want?" as in Lady Susan, which some of my life experiences make me find particularly infuriating.

Currently I have five! This is subject to change but I do like the five I have for now.

My side traits do have the same labels (for the most part) as the Sanders Sides but are pretty different in practice. I have Logic/Knowledge/Drive to Learn; Morality/Ethics/Social Management; Creativity/Daydreaming/Wonder; Anxiety/Intrusive Thought/Caution; and Selfishness/Self-Care. While the first bit is based off of the Sides the other words show the other domains they cover which stray more from the Sides.

I don't have any photos but I can and will describe them!

Logic: dark blue motif. short hair, black button up, space earrings. dressed in dark colors, fairly comfortably but with a bit of professional edge. Expression flat but open; grounded but distant

Morality: green motif. green sweater, shoulder length hair, glasses. looks like a mom friend but specifically the kind who is trying really hard to be a mom friend but is more like your older sister who is trying to mimic the behavior they saw from adults to act more mature

Creativity: purple motif. long colorful hair, round glasses, freckles. middle school oc galore. space cloaks, fake wings, basically everything i ever loved in fiction as a kid tossed onto one person like a bathroom concoction

Anxiety: red motif. long hair to cover face, extra eyes, eye bags. dark baggy clothing and extra arms that may or may not be theirs (you cannot tell one way or another)

Selfishness: gold/black motif. hair tied back, stern expression. comfortable yet nice dark clothing, eyes motif like anxiety except these aren't literal (think jewelry with eyes), black wings that do work
