Do you ever think about how anzu tried to bring change to kimisaki and failed.
Do you think when trickstar welcomed her to yumenosaki academy and called her their "hope for the future" and "goddess of victory", she thought to herself "oh shit i CANNOT mess this up again" and that's why she worked so hard to improve herself, even though she was completely new to the idol world.
Do you think she loves trickstar so much because, as much she is the "goddess of victory" to them, they are "redemption" to her because they gave her a new start to a new life.
Do you think she still worked so hard, even after bringing change to yumenosaki, even after being recognized as very capable, TO THE POINT WHERE SHE LITERALLY FAINTED AND GOT HOSPITALIZED FROM OVERWORKING HERSELF, because she thinks she cannot redeem herself enough for what happened at kimisaki.
