Some ppl gotta remember game mechanics exist and the lack of some poly routes in bg3 is undoubtedly due to the complexity of additional scenes, dialogue and programming flags/checks it would cause

#If the infinite complexities caused were nonexistent then I'm sure things like tav x Karlach x Shadowheart would be possible #Or tav x shadow x astarion #Aka they only do poly w Halsin because limited complexity #And they do it in a way that is as ez as possible (basically just tacking on Halsin with tav and not rly being the 3 of them equally)#It's just too difficult imo #It's one thing to turn off jealousy mechanics but each companion would realistically handle polyamory with other companions -#- in vastly different ways and different for each other companion too #This is why many dating sims w polyamory have a designated couple to be a third of #Bc otherwise u get entire magnitudes of complexity
